I like what you had to say. Your reflection about never really seeing stars before was spot on. That’s what music should do, I think. It should carry you into your own soul and bring up exactly the kind of thoughts that you had. You buying rural land is such a huge about turn for a city person. Valerie June, just saw her in Norfolk, VA this past summer...........she's the real deal, humble, talented, intelligent, good looking, and a very hard worker at her craft. My daughter and I got to meet her as she was signing her book of poetry. I am attracted to novelty voices and she is so novelty that she almost falls off the edge! JUST A BEAUTIFUL ARTIST IN ALL RESPECTS. Her new record, Under Cover, is banger! Enjoyed your reaction.
