I have the 2017 model before ride by wire in the 21 model. The DCT knows how wide open you make the throttle and if you snap it open fast it will kick into a temporary sport mode and hold the gears for longer. Particularly fun from the lights it will surprise a lot of other vehicles. If you are cruising in 6th and you need to overtake punch it down to 4th and snap the throttle wide and it goes fine. It’s quick enough up to 80 and can go faster although the power begins to tail off.
That's the kind of review I like - Thank you. I'm currently commuting on a 2013 NC700X-DCT and still super happy with it. It's my daily, stress-free workhorse. Rain, wind, nighttime, heat, heavy city traffic, potholes, freezing winter, heavy luggage.... nothing matters - It'll do everything. But at some point I'll probably upgrade for no reason. :) Happy commuting! You'll have that bike for a long time!
I was looking into these but I decided to go with the cb500x I like DCT but I also like shifting the 🏍️💨... Both very fun great bikes from good ole Honda. Congrats dude
Excellent review of this bike. I'm ready for a new bike, and this one is on my short list. Also moving from a cruiser (metric), and am looking for something affordable, reliable (like my metric cruiser), and practical (which I think this bike exudes). There aren't many English language reviews of the 2021 nc750x, and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts/experience with this bike. Well done!
Lucky fellow! lovely new bike. I have a 2019 version. Another advantage of the unusual fuel tank position is that the tank itself is a lot lower than the conventional position. This adds to the really low centre of gravity of this bike. The engine, being levelled to accomodate the "frunk" or huge storage bin also lowers the centre of gravity. This all makes the bike extremely easy to throw about in traffic etc.
I own a Honda 2021 ADV 150 (DCT) and love how easy the process is. If I decide to upgrade my bike this is one I am leaning towards. At my age (53) I prefer the ease of use and functionality of over-complicated bikes. Not that shifting is difficult for me, but DCT is what I prefer. It's a pleasurable experience. I've owned traditional motorcycles (manual) in the past and it just comes down to personal preference. The ADV 150 is fine for my use right now, but I would like a tad more power and seat comfort I'm finding. We shall see! Thanks for the video.
they remove the tank.bag holder because people were putting.too.heavy bags on top of.the plastic. damaging on the process....this.bike.dont.need.a.a tank.bag , the tank itself is.the bag
These are great bikes. I particularly enjoy the fact they are so forgiving to ride. They won't spit you off if you open her up before you are upright as you come out of a bend, they won't pull an unexpected wheelie when you gun it from the lights, but they will leave most cars standing. Centre of gravity so low they are a piece of cake to manoeuvre around, and so frugal (I can get mine to do 100mpg when I try, and almost always 75mpg when I don't try) that the 3.8 gallon fuel tank is academic as it will do way in excess of 200 miles between fill ups. Throw in the 'frunk' and you have yourself a bike that while not brilliant at anything in particular is not far off the consummate machine. If Honda gave it shaft drive and added cruise control it would be unbeatable. As it is it's just brilliant.
Thanks for the awesome video and information. I just bought a 2024 and will have it 5/7/24. My first ride will be much nicer having all the info. from the video you shared. Much appreciated.
Took a manual one for a test ride yesterday, and really loved the chilled out riding experience, it really inspires confidence, and will still get a shift on if you crank it up.
I have had the manual version of the NC700X in 2018. It's a great bike. Very good for city work but also for the highway a good partner. Full consumption is fantastic. Now I'm riding the Honda Africa Twin 1000 DCT. So relax to ride DCT much better than the manual versions! Never go back to manual....
Nice to see the ‘21 model finally trickling into the US! Been waiting for mine since February and it’s been delayed twice already. Currently supposed to be delivered in July, but we’ll see. Appreciate the review!
@@strwbrrysoda Thanks a lot🙏🏻 Unfortunately I will not be able to ride for about 4 months. I broke my knee in an motorcycle accident two months ago and had a surgery😅
Just bought the 2021 manual version. Really surprised at how stable the bike is at low speeds even.... Researched the bike, never test rode it though; I am not disappointed. Comfortable ride.
I own the 2018 NC750X DCT and use it as a commuter and occasional weekend runs. It is not an adventure bike at all. Should be in the standard category. The new model is even more street with lower suspension making room for mid sized adventure coming next year. It does everything I want and need. Super reliable and can be fun. Improvements would be better seat, I adjusted the seat angle which helped a lot, cruise control would be nice but not required and self cancelling indicators would be a bonus. I added a clip on windscreen extension which cut wind buffeting noise 50% still allowing air to helmet vents. I also added a 40mm handlebar extension which made it super comfortable, a bit higher and closer with zero forward lean now. Im 6 ft. DCT is great. I override it on downshifts to engine brake mostly. Sport keeps the revs up around 2.5K-3K with far less shifting. Occasionally will put it in manual mode and shift myself but mostly just sport mode if wanting a more fun ride. Nice improvements to the new model but it's basically the same bike. Nice review.
I have only watched 10 min. And all ready your review is one of the best. Looking forward to the rest of the video and hopefully many more to come. Btw, i am the same 'size' as you and looking for this bike or the Suzuki Vstrom 650 so your video is right up my ally. Best regards from Denmark, and sorry for the misspelling.
Thank-you my friend for this video, the quality is top and the comments are right to the point, which is rare nowadays. Also great that you are not welling at cagers not commenting on the weather , the peoples in their cars and houses, the dogs in the street, colour of the boards, shops, restaurants, what you eat last night... i love it this bike i rode it many times and loves it, but i bought a sportster 1200T instead, i love it too, but i love the NC more I should bought it first time, now i know other ways i will be saying i should got the Harley....😀 Please do not tell out loud that you bought an adventure-sh bike to not go on off road , some maniacs here they may go nuts made on you 🤣
I have a NC700s, the first year of these bikes from 2012, have not changed much in 9 years. After coming from sport bikes, the steering is very slow, Also still getting use to having a 6500 rpm limiter that the early models have. Fitted a cheep SP Projects China copy exhaust, sounds great, the motor is very docile but adds a bit of excitement.
Awesome video brother .just found your channel and after watching this video I'm a subscriber. I love this Bike can't wait to get mine .😎keep up the good work and be safe .
I enjoyed your video on your new NC750x DCT. I've been watching every thing I can about the bike. At first, my thoughts were to go with the manual trans due to the added 20lbs weight which is an issue, but I'm impressed as to how smooth the shifting is. I'm now starting looking for DCT rather than the manual in my shopping preference. Not a lot of them in the US, and 2023's offerings from Honda are even more limited than before, but I'm getting convinced. Thank you for a very honest and straight up informative video about the bike. I've just subscribed and I will be watching more. Doug
In my oh-so-humble opinion, the DCT is the best transmission on any motorcycle ever! I've owned a 2010 Honda VFR1200 with the DCT, a 2019 Honda Africa Twin with DCT and now ride a 2023 NC750x DCT. I really like the Dual Clutch Transmissions 😍
Great review, I always thought reviewers should have to buy their bikes before they start nitpicking about things that don't matter to the average bear! 🙂 I have a 2017 that has become my favorite bike ever, because it's combination of versatility, convenience, fuel economy, and all around performance are unmatched. And the DCT is the bomb; this is my 4th Honda with DCT, and every one has gotten better ! The weak(er) spots for me are the lcd display & the seat shape. Not really a good reason to trade, but sure like the looks of the new one.
Thanks! The seat is a lot better than the 2020 model I test rode back in April. I have no plans to replace it at this time, but I haven't taken any trips on it yet.
Congratulations on the new purchase! Love this bike! Also agree that it should have cruise control like the Rebel 1100 DCT has. Was wondering why they lowered the bike and reduced the suspension travel but I like all of the other new features on the 2021.
Great review. I think I am all caught up with your NC reviews and pretty much convinced to trade in my Goldwing on one. I think 2022s are out now but from what I've seen, no real change. Just one question for you. You mentioned that you wish Honda would go with the tft display vs lcd. Does it bother you enough that you would wait for a 2023 at this point? No idea what 2023 will bring so might wait and still not get the tft.
Nice review! I’m considering this an upgrade to my Honda CTX700 DCT. A bit more HP with this version but seriously need a TFT screen! Nearly everyone uses Bluetooth. I like the term adventure tour for this ride. A perfect description.
@@KSSTUDIOS i've been eyeing up the nc750x DCT for a little while now, but apparently honda is fitting new TFTs w/ apple/android car play to their 2021refresh bikes like the Africa Twin, CB 1000r, X-ADV (a weird scooter-adventure.... thing, that unfortunately they don't sell in the states), & Forza 750 (another beefy scooter not sold in the states). It's a shame because the NC750x is already a baby Africa that's also pretty much the perfect commuter bike. The LCD screens suck though.
Nice video and calm presentation. I'm 6'2 240-lbs.....do you think this would work? I could make adjustments in ergonomics to help out. Currently on a Vstrom 1000, but looking to make a change ( no reason, just want to try something new). I've sat on one at the dealership and was pretty comfortable. Ride safe!
I will have the 2019 version in a few months. Now I have a Sym Jet 125, it will be a huge difference. Mine has a lot of options, topcase, side bags, heated grips, front led fog lights, ...
Nice video. I was lookin at this bike , but I decided on the new Rebel 1,100cc DCT 3 months ago. So far I love it. Lots of low torque. I traded in a Kawasaki Vulcan 650s for it. It's funny I was also looking at the Harley street bob for a while.
Every bike can be an adventure bike I love watching nationals cross terrain in India, china ect and they do it on road tyres up over mountains through jungles and across continents On street bikes .
Good review. I have the 2017 model. I like the higher seat height but not the seat angle. You mentioned that you didn't notice the lower height and felt it was more comfortable. You prefer the new seating position ?
The new seat is definitely more comfortable and the seat angle has been improved. It's such a subtle seat height difference to me that it's barely noticeable. It's still a good riding position for someone of my height (6 ft.)
You ask, "What is my idea of an adventure ?" My response is taking off on my bike to far-off and unknown places, and be relatively assured that I won't be saddle sore, and return in one piece, both body and bike. Sometimes, the road is bumpy, unpaved, and cold. It hardly ever means riding in a group.
Thanks! You might get lucky and stumble across one. My pre-order in Scottsdale wasn't expected until August and I found one (through cycle trader) at a dealer in Chandler that wasn't spoken for. The dealer hadn't even put it out on the sales floor yet 😀
In the US? There’s no way there that much demand for an NC, even if it’s newly redesigned. They’re just not that popular here. I see several dealers near me that have them available.
Great review, thank you. Love the looks of this bike, and I am very curious about the DCT. I think I would love it, but with no cruise control and no TFT screen it's heartbreaking. Really like the sound of that Honda parallel twin.
X-adv and forza 750 has tft screen. I also miss cruise control. I think it’s more logical to install that than useless riding modes. Too bad cruise control almost only comes on bikes that weigh north of 500 pounds.
a wonderful review of a great new bike I look forward to hearing your fuel range experience with multiple tanks that's a huge concern I have I don't want to be the first one to have to get fuel every time I go away somewhere with friends of course I see that the company says the bike at 66 miles per gallon and FUELLY already shows two people getting over 60 miles per gallon but I want to see what your experiences please thanking you in advannce for that information and again thank you for a wonderful review and a great channel ............... of course the reason it doesn't have the TFT is because they want to give you something with the africa twin hat's better even though bikes costing half as much have a better display also, the fact that the rebel 1100 has cruise control on this bike doesn't is completely stupid..... but again I think they believe the Africa twin has to offer something better Honda isn't stupid thoughtless at times but intelligent so they did this for reason probably the going to put the cruise control and next year's model to make it seem somewhat better
My 2012 NC700X - I average 58 MPG (with taller windscreen & rear top case). I ran out on the highway once at 190.0 miles. At around 160 miles I look for a gas station. Also, learning to fill it close to the top can add extra miles you might need. You could mount a portable plastic 1 gallon motorcycle fuel tank for long trips.
Great review love mine manual transmission honda should have put external fuel filler like bmw f800 gs please try and wear correct gear not worth the risk cheers Andy
Hey from 2024! JFYI, for 2025 NC model, they made windscreen adjustable, and screen is now TFT. Still no cruise control though, sadly. How's 2021 model holding up for you?
Great in-depth review! Thanks a lot! I am getting mine at the beginning of August and can’t wait to have it. PS. Could you just tell me which brand helmet do you have?
Ruroc has a new version out (Atlas version 3.0) that looks to be better than what I currently have. Version 2.0 has a few issues and I wouldn't recommend that old model.
Cool bike mate. Jealous that you're able to ride wearing a t-shirt. My bike sits unused for about half the year because the weather is so shit where I am.
I have tried the former iteration of this and hoped it would be my next bike. Unfortunately it didn't fit me at all and felt really awkward. The rule is; try before you buy, of course. Also tried the Africa Twin with DCT. That was better for my body, but wasn't good on hard-top. I'll keep searching, as my Moto Guzzi Stelvio (perfect fit for me) is very heavy and LOUD!
I use a GoPro Hero 9 with the media mod attachment. I run a mic straight to the back of the media mod into the helmet and tuck it behind the cheek pad.
*Heads up* - not sure if just UK & maybe Europe potentially globally - others please add any further correction/confirmation 1. Addons (like top box rails/crash bars/centre stand *no stock* - lead times for delivery = weeks (potentially months) 2. In UK we are "informed" no parts from your old NC750 will fit the new 2021 NC750X like top box rails (old 1146FZ / new 1192FZ) and although I personally can't confirm also the centre stand . . . *false* took my rails off NC750S 2017 and they fit my new 2021 NC750X I love the NC750 (except the seat) more than enough engine power, great fuel economy and an adventure type motorcycle that fits shortarses (inside leg 30") HTH
... WELL DONE video! ... in my opinion this 'new concept' bike offers even more ... concerning environment / climate change / green footprint ... there are only 82g/km Co2 emission and only 3,5 l/100km fuel consumption! ... GREAT FOR TOURING - this bike is light-weight (only 214 kg full filled up / without DCT) ... it has a low center of gravity ... it offers this extra storage space ... there are different packages by HONDA to pimp it up (urban / travel / adventure) - and a relativ moderate price! ... OK - I would not take it for a real off-road trip - BUT - for touring on-road this is a great choice! ... AND - there are many extras you can buy from different producers to personalize this bike! (SW-Motech; Hepco&Becker; Puig etc.) ... GREAT HONDA! ... Greetings and best wishes from Austria!
I have a 2016 I ride in Sport 2. Hopefully your dealer was generous... I hooked up my battery tender and just ran the lead out of the top of the battery access cover. Is the seat still brutal lol? I see they at least leveled it out after 6-7 years of production.
I've got about 500 miles on the stock seat so far and it's still doing great. The aftermarket seats probably offer more comfort, but it's not nearly as bad as the previous ones.
How do you feel about the power of the Honda coming from the Street Bob? I am considering this bike but concerned it may be a little uninspiring power-wise. Also thinking about the DCT as I think the tech is great but worried it might rob some of the fun factor. Anyways, great video. Answered a lot of my questions.
Totally different feel over the Harley with much less power and low-end torque. The Honda is a very practical bike but is still fun in its own way if your expectations are set. It's much more comfortable for me personally, so that is the biggest reason I switched. If you get a chance to test ride one you'll know right away if it's a good fit for your needs. I'm very happy with the DCT for commuting traffic but I do miss the interaction with the clutch sometimes.
This bike needs dct for its short revrange. It redlines at 7000rpm. Power is not that low. Look at the torgue rather than the horsepower and go test it out.
not arrived yet in Asia ! Where to get full crash bars; road use only ; if I want adventure; lighter etc I'd get a 500x.. this baby is road only; the lower the better.
Nice bike, I was going to get one, but the lack of a TFT display was a disappointment since the TFT is on the X-ADV and the Forza 750. So, I ended up with a Triumph Trident instead.
Great review. More follow-ups to come? IMO, The whole Adventure bike labeling disappeared when Honda drastically reduced the suspension travel for 2021. I'm not sure what they were thinking, the extra travel allows you more to work with in rough country or on unimproved roads. BTW does your bike have the Showa Duel bending valve front forks on it? When Honda started dropping pics of the 2021, they were showing a Gray/Silver/White combo which was striking. It's unfortunate the US market didn't receive this or at least as a option to the red as I feel it worked well with the lines of the motorcycle. Enjoy the bike, they're not in my area as of yet, unfortunately we have a short season, if the bikes arrive in August, they will more than likely sit.
Follow-ups will be incoming. Yes, the 2021 has the SDBV forks. After riding this for a month, I'm really happy with the suspension so far. It's a very comfortable ride even though it's more street focused. Also agree with the color choice, I wouldn't have picked the red if I had a choice. It's growing on me now 😀
@@KSSTUDIOS It appears the Canada market NC has the SDBV's although they're not listed in the spec chart for the US market bikes. Interesting enough, the Canadian market bikes have 4.2" front travel and 5.9" rear, considerably different than the 4.7" front and rear on the US bikes. Typo?
Thumps up man, I'm in my late 30s and i love sport bikes but the older i get this body type motorcycles are becoming more appealing to me, My concern is how does it handle double riding and how does it feel in freeways/highways where speed limit is 65-75 mph, does it feel like it has the Oompth (power to get away from traffic) also i hear they don't have the blue (I dig the blue) in the states (USA) Thank you for taking the time !
From everything I've heard, the red is all we have for this model year in the US. The limited freeway testing I've done so far worked well. It handles the 65-75 mph just fine with a little extra to spare. I'll be doing some more testing to see if I can find the upper limits. Unfortunately, I don't know about passenger comfort or their effect on handling/power as I don't have a willing volunteer for that testing 😀
Hello from Belgium, nice video retracing this DCT model that I have also had since October 2021, for my part for the small gaps on this machine I would be for a slightly larger fuel tank, a second front brake caliper ( securing two on the vehicle) and fitting touring tires because that is its main vocation, what do you think?
Thanks for sharing. I agree that those updates would make it better, but I think Honda saved all of those features for the new NT1100. I'll be testing one of those as soon as I can.
@@KSSTUDIOS Hello, Your answer is consistent with the 1100 engine but it is not at all the same price which I believe remains accessible compared to other brands. cordially

Well done!
Thanks! I'll have some more content coming soon.
Yes! I totally agree. Thanks for the comment 😃
The ADV 150 has never been sold with a DCT box
@@franks.hansen6788 I misspoke back then and meant CVT. Thanks.
they remove the tank.bag holder because people were putting.too.heavy bags on top of.the plastic. damaging on the process....this.bike.dont.need.a.a tank.bag , the tank itself is.the bag
Much appreciated.
sweet camera man, such a clear picture
If people are unhappy with it shifting during a corner, just use manual mode. Automatic is great for riding in city traffic. That’s what I would do.
Took a manual one for a test ride yesterday, and really loved the chilled out riding experience, it really inspires confidence, and will still get a shift on if you crank it up.
Great to hear! I do miss having a manual bike sometimes.
Definitely loving the DCT so far! 😁
Nice to see the ‘21 model finally trickling into the US! Been waiting for mine since February and it’s been delayed twice already. Currently supposed to be delivered in July, but we’ll see. Appreciate the review!
Thanks for the comment! Good luck to you, I hope yours arrives when expected 😀
on the same boat!
I also purchased mine on February. Finally I get it last week. Hope yours will arrive soon too. Btw am living in Turkey
@@serifyildiz84 Thanks! Hope you’re enjoying yours!
@@strwbrrysoda Thanks a lot🙏🏻 Unfortunately I will not be able to ride for about 4 months. I broke my knee in an motorcycle accident two months ago and had a surgery😅
I plan on getting one soon. Will be giving up my KLR 650.
Just bought the 2021 manual version. Really surprised at how stable the bike is at low speeds even.... Researched the bike, never test rode it though; I am not disappointed. Comfortable ride.
Congrats!
thanks
Thanks for the info 😀
Well done! Very simple, straightforward, detailed and interesting review. Impressive! And thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Only just bought a Blue one yesterday, absolutely excellent Bike well pleased and your one looks awesome in Red too..Great Video well done
Nice video - really tempted by this bike. But please get/wear a proper lightweight bike jacket!
Or a mesh with plastic pads - $75 on amazon.
Wow, thanks!
I will buy one for myself
I have a 2014 750X DCT, I love it, it is so easy and relaxing to ride.
Totally agree!
Thank-you my friend for this video, the quality is top and the comments are right to the point, which is rare nowadays. Also great that you are not welling at cagers not commenting on the weather , the peoples in their cars and houses, the dogs in the street, colour of the boards, shops, restaurants, what you eat last night...
i love it this bike i rode it many times and loves it, but i bought a sportster 1200T instead, i love it too, but i love the NC more I should bought it first time, now i know other ways i will be saying i should got the Harley....😀
Please do not tell out loud that you bought an adventure-sh bike to not go on off road , some maniacs here they may go nuts made on you 🤣
Looking into buying this as my first bike.
I got a chonda grom, vtx1800 and a 2021 nc dct. The NC gets ridden the most. Its so fun
Great review thanks!! Is it possible to get an after market cruise control for this bike?
Congrats with new bike 🥳🥳🥳🥂🍰
After trying this new one, I think I keep my 19/20 mod. a bit more 🤔
Nice review. Detailed
That intro is fire
Awesome video brother .just found your channel and after watching this video I'm a subscriber. I love this Bike can't wait to get mine .😎keep up the good work and be safe .
Thanks for subbing
I enjoyed your video on your new NC750x DCT. I've been watching every thing I can about the bike. At first, my thoughts were to go with the manual trans due to the added 20lbs weight which is an issue, but I'm impressed as to how smooth the shifting is. I'm now starting looking for DCT rather than the manual in my shopping preference. Not a lot of them in the US, and 2023's offerings from Honda are even more limited than before, but I'm getting convinced. Thank you for a very honest and straight up informative video about the bike. I've just subscribed and I will be watching more. Doug
Thanks for the comment! The DCT really is a nice feature on this bike in my opinion.
I have a 2017 that has become my favorite bike ever, because it's combination of versatility, convenience, fuel economy, and all around performance are unmatched.
It seems like they want to position this more as a street bike now. It's a lot of fun though!
It kind of always was positioned as a street bike. Lowering it just opens it up more to a few more riders that were inseam-challenged! 😄
@@troyjollimore4100 Absolutely!
Congratulations from Honda One Heart world's 💝
Very great motorbike, this is beautiful and confortable.
Very good Honda NC750XDCT and scenery and good helmet
Great video! Thanks for sharing! I just put my deposit down for one. Quick question: how is it to u-turn without a clutch to feather?
Doing U-turns with the DCT takes a little getting used to. I just use the rear brake to adjust my speed for U-turns and slower turns.
Nice review! I’m considering this an upgrade to my Honda CTX700 DCT. A bit more HP with this version but seriously need a TFT screen! Nearly everyone uses Bluetooth. I like the term adventure tour for this ride. A perfect description.
Thanks for the comment, I totally agree! TFT with connectivity would have been a huge selling point.
If I were you I would stay with the CTX700 - more comfortable, better wind protection....
GIVI hand guards help with the wind buffeting too. I have those and GIVI windscreen. I barely gets any wind hitting me while riding on the freeways
I've heard a lot of good things about the GIVI windscreens.
dark windshield might help sun viewing on the dash ! it has to be changed out only to accomodate front mirrors off the windshield.
Great review 👏. Like that you commented on the heat.
Wondering if you can measure 0-60 time at some point.
Thanks for the comment! The listed 0-60 that I found is 4.7 seconds but I'm not skilled enough to get anywhere near that number yet.
It certainly looks very warm in arizona - do you get any rain there - and yes a fine dct motorcycle and a splendid report
Last two weeks has been crazy rain.
Nice video. I was lookin at this bike , but I decided on the new Rebel 1,100cc DCT 3 months ago. So far I love it. Lots of low torque. I traded in a Kawasaki Vulcan 650s for it.
It's funny I was also looking at the Harley street bob for a while.
my 2018 ended up stolen. but its a great bike and really fun up in the mountains
Every bike can be an adventure bike I love watching nationals cross terrain in India, china ect and they do it on road tyres up over mountains through jungles and across continents On street bikes .
I like the idea of that bike. Having something to tour and do dirt roads. My jury is out on the dct. I need to drive one before I know.
awesome review!!
Thanks!
This is a really nice bike. Thank you for sharing.....
optional quick storage in the tank; for keys phone that can be taken out if you want helmet space inside.
Beautiful bike!
Congrats on the bike! I didn't put the deposit down so I'm S.O.L. for now. They are sold out it seems until 2022.
I’m thinking about getting this for my wife as her first bike. What would your thoughts be on this as a beginner bike ?
a wonderful review of a great new bike
I look forward to hearing your fuel range experience with multiple tanks
that's a huge concern I have
I don't want to be the first one to have to get fuel every time I go away somewhere with friends
of course I see that the company says the bike at 66 miles per gallon
and FUELLY already shows two people getting over 60 miles per gallon
but I want to see what your experiences please
thanking you in advannce for that information and again thank you for a wonderful review and a great channel
...............
of course the reason it doesn't have the TFT is because they want to give you something with the africa twin hat's better
even though bikes costing half as much have a better display
also, the fact that the rebel 1100 has cruise control on this bike doesn't is completely stupid..... but again I think they believe the Africa twin has to offer something better
Honda isn't stupid
thoughtless at times
but intelligent so they did this for reason
probably the going to put the cruise control and next year's model to make it seem somewhat better
@@pcofranc thanks for this reply... I do wish Honda would give us a $250.00 option for cruise control... This bike screams for it
I've been getting about 62-64 mpg with the last two tanks. Seems pretty good so far!
I like the updates they have made to the new model year. While I no longer have my 2021, I'll definitely own a Honda again at some point.
The video sound is fine -good video!. Aftermarket exhaust sounds like aftermarket exhaust- Keep it stock
Yes, definitely keeping the stock exhaust. Thanks!
Great in-depth review! Thanks a lot! I am getting mine at the beginning of August and can’t wait to have it.
PS. Could you just tell me which brand helmet do you have?
@@Diesel6Power Thanks a lot!
Hi, congratulations, grat bike and great video. A question please, what mic and recorder do you uses?? Voice clarity and great quality!! Thk!!
I use a GoPro Hero 9 with the media mod attachment. I run a mic straight to the back of the media mod into the helmet and tuck it behind the cheek pad.
I'll buy one when it comes with cruise control.
Nice review, great bike, stay safe :)
Thanks! 👍
*Heads up* - not sure if just UK & maybe Europe potentially globally - others please add any further correction/confirmation
1. Addons (like top box rails/crash bars/centre stand *no stock* - lead times for delivery = weeks (potentially months)
2. In UK we are "informed" no parts from your old NC750 will fit the new 2021 NC750X like top box rails (old 1146FZ / new 1192FZ) and although I personally can't confirm also the centre stand . . . *false* took my rails off NC750S 2017 and they fit my new 2021 NC750X
I love the NC750 (except the seat) more than enough engine power, great fuel economy and an adventure type motorcycle that fits shortarses (inside leg 30")
HTH
I've ordered the top box frame from Italy. Apparently will be available 15 Sept 21.
Thanks for the comment! 😀
SHOW!!!!!!!!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Good job. I think a belt drive would make that bike better too
Start to ride at 9:30
How do you feel about the power of the Honda coming from the Street Bob?
If this was shaft drive and had cruise control, I'd have one in my garage.
Don't know why Honda abandoned shaft drive, cosy deal with chain manufacturers?
Congrats on your new bike. 'me' Rebel 1100 DCT or NC750X DCT?
Seriously looking at the same bikes just in manuals.
Try them out if you can. The ergonomics are completely different on those two bikes.
Me too, torn between both bikes.
Nice video. Can you order it with cruisecontrol??
Nope, that is not an option with this model.
Great vid. thumbsd up
Good review!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
not arrived yet in Asia !
@@bigb3165 for what they're asking for the bike, yes, that was one of the deal brakers.
I really like the Trident, I almost bought one of those a week before my NC750 arrived.
I have a 2015 DCT, it’s great 👍
The DCT seems to get smoother with each revision. I'm definitely a fan!
Typo?
Thumps up man, I'm in my late 30s and i love sport bikes but the older i get this body type motorcycles are becoming more appealing to me, My concern is how does it handle double riding and how does it feel in freeways/highways where speed limit is 65-75 mph, does it feel like it has the Oompth (power to get away from traffic) also i hear they don't have the blue (I dig the blue) in the states (USA)
Thank you for taking the time !
Europe is watching you - think about european units 🙂 Nice bike gear; t-shirt and sneakers 🤣 I'd like to be in Arizona now...
Lucky! Still waiting on mine from GoAZ lol
I was first in line over at GoAZ in Scottsdale but have pulled my deposit since picking one up at another dealer. Hope it bumps everyone up a slot 😀
I like the bike sound
Agreed!
@@KSSTUDIOS Hello,
Your answer is consistent with the 1100 engine but it is not at all the same price which I believe remains accessible compared to other brands. cordially
Im looking for this model from a while and it seems a very smart bike! The only thing that i really don't like is the swingarm... It seems a cutted chair leg.
