@@mayramartin238The motive is always relevant. You're saying that a man who kills his daughter's rapist is the same as a serial killer. That's ridiculous. This woman played the deadly game of infidelity. She paid the price. Sure he's guilty. But so is she. She gets 2 tattoos of the guy she's cheating with? Nah! That's way way way over the line. Ultimate insult on top of ultimate betrayal. Play stupid games...

@@katarzynamariamuszynska2811 You are Polish i think. Or from Polish decent.
In Europe most of this isnt possible as it is in the US. Those sectors are or at least were mainly state controlled. As was energy, coms, public works, housing up to an extent, public transport and healthcare.
Americans, with their base capitalistic system often think we have or had this because of socialistic tendencies, but thats not it. Although in USSR it was of course. In most of Europe it was social, not socialistic. And social is inherent to homogenous nations. Dont know exactly how it is at the moment, bc under US influence our govs had to vacate those systems. Also because they could make a lot of money on it. And they promised quality would improve and it would get cheaper, but it got much more expensive and quality far less.
As for this case; the guy probably did it. Dont know if it was planned and maybe they got in a physical fight and the death was accidental. There is no proving either way.
Im sure he was mad and he had every right to be mad. Of course killing her, accidental or otherwise is not a good outcome for him.
Right or wrong is a moral issue. Courts are not there, although they should, to be morally right. Its all about legally right or wrong.
And as i said, states are hypocritical. They have no problem if a cop kills a suspect (suspects may be innocent), or soldiers, or MD's, or themselves when they execute someone. Yet they are all too willing to crucify someone if they do the same.
