Thank you 😂this worked too well I’d been struggling to get the pan past the bell housing on the trans and then I turned the wheel and jacked up the car and the pan was lower than ever
Dude you really should have used that plastic guide Fel-Pro provides, the block scraped a good amount of the top edge of the seal off when you were putting it back in, the guide keeps this from happening.
Question, is there any difference in the regular 4.0 and the high out put one? Mines a high out put and same year as yours and getting ready to do the rear main but I wanna make sure if anything’s different

Just the part of the seal that the instructions tell you to sand or cut off. No issues so far, after a few thousand miles.

Not that I know of..mine was a "high output" also.
Was that torque on the bearings in/lbs or ft/lbs?
