Besides EV olive oil, beef tallow, and ghee. Other healthy oils to cook with are coconut oil, avocado oil, butter, pork lard, duck fat, and Schmaltz also spelled Schmalz or Shmalz which is rendered (filtered and clarified) chicken or goose fat.
Also “always” drink a “warm-hot drink” like coffee, tea, bone broth soup in a cup, even warm-hot water, etc. along with at the exact same time when consuming animal meat, and fatty, greasy, or oily foods. ~But “never ever” drink an “ice cold drink” at the same time when eating animal meat and fats & oils. There’s nothing wrong with having an ice cold drink by itself on its own or with fruit which is good. Just do not have an ice cold drink at the exact same time when eating a full fatty meal but rather instead have a warm-hot drink.
Nonsense. Your stomach is warm enough to homogenous the temperature of whatever cold drink you consumed. The human body is 98F, that’s nice and warm to keep animal fats liquid. And even if it wasn’t, our stomach acid can dissolve metal… it can easily dissolve and digest solid fat.
Tallow also oxidizes with high heat cooking, studies have shown this. Olive oil resists oxidation even with deep frying according to studies, it's due to the polyphenols (antioxidants). The only issue with animal fat is that is can be high in persistant organic pollutants like pcb's, because they have an affinity for the fat in animals.
@@Hybrid_Strength I only cook on medium anyway, but smoke point doesn't determine when the oil oxidizes. I'm worried about pcb's and other persistant organic pollutants in tallow. I can avoid cooking on high heat, and so can you, but how to you avoid pcb's and other pop's in tallow / ghee?
@@adim00lah I’ve honestly just accepted that I’m not going to be 100% healthy and I have to accept falling short. I’m just trying to spread the message for people to quit using seed oils and transition to healthy fats. I wasn’t aware of the pcbs.🫡
@@Hybrid_Strength We really have no idea these fats are healthier long run though, you don't even have any good evidence to back it up. Did you know studies show vegetarians have a 1/5 of the amount of pcb's and other forever chemicals in their body as people who eat meat? Organic meat has about the same levels. We've never lived in times like this. Our ancestors didn't have to deal with this. Evoo imo is a good oil to use, it's not perfect but it is still highly resistant to oxidation, even with deep frying according to studies. Avocado oil isn't even good, most of it is refined. Virgin avocado oil is not at alot of stores and is expensive, not to mention has the same smoke point as evoo.

Olive oil in plastic is ridiculous
@@myownchannel247 I understand your grievance, I simply can’t find it in glass bottles. My top priority was real quality olive oil.
