Gotta be terrible advice on the double protein at a restaurant especially places like Chipotle. Number 1 always choose the healthier option at any restaurant. We already know Chipotle is healthy not Mcdicks. If you are gonna go to Chipotle get brown rice and beans because this its self is making a complete protein. Then add protein. Don’t double the protein because they give not even half the damn serving size for the normal amount of protein. You are literally getting charged double for a quarter of the normal size of protein. I can at least say overall for a person who doesn’t know anything about this it would make sense but realistically the healthier restaurant because they double charger you for a small amount of nothing 🤦♂️
@@01FrozenFuze just have them serve your meat at chipotle, then after they scoop the first scoop, ask for the second one. I usually get a decent serving of meat, sometimes the workers will absolutely give you less than you want. Also, white rice is easier to digest than brown rice. You are not eating white rice for the nutrients, you are eating it for easier digestible carbs.
@@Hybrid_Strength You aren't wrong on that it is easier to digest white rice than brown but the goal of brown rice is to increase protein and fiber intake compared to what white rice provides which are mostly just simple carbs. Also you aren't wrong that some chipotles are nice but not the only one in my town I live in they always over charge me for just a quarter of the serving size of the meat
@ probably best option would be just to make your own food🫡
Bless you 🙏

Organic avocado oil is the top best to cook with
Tallow also oxidizes with high heat cooking, studies have shown this. Olive oil resists oxidation even with deep frying according to studies, it's due to the polyphenols (antioxidants). The only issue with animal fat is that is can be high in persistant organic pollutants like pcb's, because they have an affinity for the fat in animals.
@@adim00lah the smoke point is in the 400’s so I feel it’s a better option than seed oils.
@@Hybrid_Strength I only cook on medium anyway, but smoke point doesn't determine when the oil oxidizes. I'm worried about pcb's and other persistant organic pollutants in tallow. I can avoid cooking on high heat, and so can you, but how to you avoid pcb's and other pop's in tallow / ghee?
@@adim00lah I’ve honestly just accepted that I’m not going to be 100% healthy and I have to accept falling short. I’m just trying to spread the message for people to quit using seed oils and transition to healthy fats. I wasn’t aware of the pcbs.🫡
@@Hybrid_Strength We really have no idea these fats are healthier long run though, you don't even have any good evidence to back it up. Did you know studies show vegetarians have a 1/5 of the amount of pcb's and other forever chemicals in their body as people who eat meat? Organic meat has about the same levels. We've never lived in times like this. Our ancestors didn't have to deal with this. Evoo imo is a good oil to use, it's not perfect but it is still highly resistant to oxidation, even with deep frying according to studies. Avocado oil isn't even good, most of it is refined. Virgin avocado oil is not at alot of stores and is expensive, not to mention has the same smoke point as evoo.

Also “always” drink a “warm-hot drink” like coffee, tea, bone broth soup in a cup, even warm-hot water, etc. along with at the exact same time when consuming animal meat, and fatty, greasy, or oily foods. ~But “never ever” drink an “ice cold drink” at the same time when eating animal meat and fats & oils. There’s nothing wrong with having an ice cold drink by itself on its own or with fruit which is good. Just do not have an ice cold drink at the exact same time when eating a full fatty meal but rather instead have a warm-hot drink.
@@royjohnson465 good take✅
Nonsense. Your stomach is warm enough to homogenous the temperature of whatever cold drink you consumed. The human body is 98F, that’s nice and warm to keep animal fats liquid. And even if it wasn’t, our stomach acid can dissolve metal… it can easily dissolve and digest solid fat.
Besides EV olive oil, beef tallow, and ghee. Other healthy oils to cook with are coconut oil, avocado oil, butter, pork lard, duck fat, and Schmaltz also spelled Schmalz or Shmalz which is rendered (filtered and clarified) chicken or goose fat.
@@royjohnson465 yes indeed🫡
Add olive oil after cooking.

I know nothing but know fat runs energy and runs on fat?? I think?? When I eat breads, pasta and put it on a boring steak doesn't and my meds have never been better.
@@davidpatterson5125 you should try sprouted grains, they are easier to digest!
This is a very simple message: Homo Sapiens is a carnivore species. Dogs, cats or lions run on glucose too, as we do... but the exactly required amount of exogenous glucose that your body needs is zero.
Apparently this guy never heard of the process called Gluconeogenesis. Its where a body that runs solely on fat fuel converts protein and fats into sugar when the body needs it.
@@KetoJourney the body only does that when glucose and glycogen is completely liquidated from the system. Not everyone benefits from forcing their body into utilizing fat for fuel.
@@Hybrid_Strength Sure, the body removes all the glucose from blood stream as quick as possible because is toxic for our cells... that's the purpose of insulin. The body is not forced to use fat for fuel, it's the natural expected way to create ATP for any carnivore species as we are.
You need to read up on chlormequat, roundup and glyphosate my friend! Plus gluten has made quite the turnaround in being good….
@@ikvangalen6101 sprouted organic grains are a little different
@@Hybrid_Strength So grains are bad and sprouted grains are a little bit less bad... still not food for humans.
@@DanielFernandez-h3l humans are a very adaptable and can utilize many different food sources for energy.
@@Hybrid_Strength Yes, they are, we can even produce energy from alcohol, fructose syrup, hydrogenated fats, candies, doughnuts,... but the definition of carnivore is not about the capacity of producing energy from different substrates. A carnivore is an animal that can't survive without animal foods, and that's our case.
