The overstimulation in modern society is absolutely phenomenal. We total underestimate how much our subconscious is constantly computing data. We have to have consciousness of this and act accordingly.

I know nothing but know fat runs energy and runs on fat?? I think?? When I eat breads, pasta and put it on a boring steak doesn't and my meds have never been better.
@@davidpatterson5125 you should try sprouted grains, they are easier to digest!
This is a very simple message: Homo Sapiens is a carnivore species. Dogs, cats or lions run on glucose too, as we do... but the exactly required amount of exogenous glucose that your body needs is zero.
Apparently this guy never heard of the process called Gluconeogenesis. Its where a body that runs solely on fat fuel converts protein and fats into sugar when the body needs it.
@@KetoJourney the body only does that when glucose and glycogen is completely liquidated from the system. Not everyone benefits from forcing their body into utilizing fat for fuel.
@@Hybrid_Strength Sure, the body removes all the glucose from blood stream as quick as possible because is toxic for our cells... that's the purpose of insulin. The body is not forced to use fat for fuel, it's the natural expected way to create ATP for any carnivore species as we are.
You need to read up on chlormequat, roundup and glyphosate my friend! Plus gluten has made quite the turnaround in being good….
@@ikvangalen6101 sprouted organic grains are a little different
@@Hybrid_Strength So grains are bad and sprouted grains are a little bit less bad... still not food for humans.
@@DanielFernandez-h3l humans are a very adaptable and can utilize many different food sources for energy.
@@Hybrid_Strength Yes, they are, we can even produce energy from alcohol, fructose syrup, hydrogenated fats, candies, doughnuts,... but the definition of carnivore is not about the capacity of producing energy from different substrates. A carnivore is an animal that can't survive without animal foods, and that's our case.

United States Air Force reports, declassified decades later, noted as a major rail transport and communication centre, housing 110 factories and 50,000 workers supporting the German war effort. Sounds like a military target to me, remind me why the blitz campaign the Germans used against English city’s is justified?
you're so damn right about all of it. something i dont see many people talk about is that the studies for muscle hypertrophy are just that; studies. theyre not "science". saying "science" makes it so when someone disagrees with it people automatically call you stupid, etc. the reality is that studies miss TONS of variables. no idea why people dont talk about that for studies.
@@beingofstrange Very well said. There are so many factors and variables that are impossible to control for. Appreciate your comment 🫡

I’ve worked out my whole life without music/listening to anything and it’s definitely a meditation. Very grounding. I was in an athletic club as a young boy and we’d do hard running sessions before the era of iPhones, headphones and ear pods and ofcourse social media. We’d do the sessions across all seasons and be deep into the pain. Just pure acceptance of the pain and just getting the work done. And no this isn’t goggins BS - it’s more human or even spiritual than social media motivational crap. Through highschool, college, uni and beyond I’ve enjoyed weightlifting, kettlebells and sprinting and the only times I’ve listened to music podcasts I’ve always felt distracted - that I’m never really in the workout that deeply, just only on the surface. Be present in your workout and discover the rhythms and balance between your form, your breathing, your recovery, your pain and it’s full blown meditation. I’m never more alive and I feel sorry for those who actually rely on listening to stupid music because they are depriving themselves of something truly special.
@@RJ-vy9ch very well said🫡 I couldn’t agree with you more and it’s amazing to connect with others who have experienced this!

If the place to put carts is over 100 ft away im leaving it just like that. They literally have employees whose job it is to go collect carts. Making their job easier would be cool and all but im not getting paid to walk my cart over to the spot. I would not consume arginine or citruline more than once every few months, since it only improves vascularity. It increases nitric oxide, which can do tons of harm. Its an end product of metabolic processes.
The benefits of omega 3 are debatable, since it is only antiinflammatory. Any high PUFA fat oxidizes at room temperature. I used to consume fish oil because of the fats, D3 and Retinol, but im not consuming it anymore. Beef tallow is the better option, also higher vitamin D.
Don't worry. Vegans just don't want true happiness.
