2024 BMW X1 or X3 (Driver P.O.V.)

Hello and welcome to the Auto Intuitive Channel, my name is Isaac.
In this 11 minute video I will do a quick rant about the New BMW X1 and current X3. I am looking at it from a driver's point of view instead of a grocery getter's.

for people who are planning to lease, both are fine. for people who are buying them, the newer X1 is probably a better choice. 7 years from now, the 2024 X1 will still look relatively fresh. the 2024 X3 will look dated because the design will be 14 years old.

Agreed. Although, I dont like how the New X1 resembles Honda products. CRV and X1 to a normal human is no different. Thank you for your input and watching!

Excellent! Just what i was looking for! Many more differences than I thought! Wish they used some of the interior features such as door design, steering wheel and stitching of the X1 could be on the X3. Thanks do much!

X1 seems like a more resonabke pick. Interior space is similar for both cars.
However, the X1's dual clutch is a bit jerky without the mild-hybrid system (US spec).
This is not a problem for engines that have MHEV or PHEV aid.

I drove both on the same day. I feel like the X1 drove like a it was top heavy. That SUV was small and drove like a smalll car compaired to the X3. I picked up a 2024 X3 and love it. I guess it comes down to personal taste.

I've had BMW's since my first car in '94 and the X1 doesn't do it for me. I currently have a '21 3 series and the X3 is almost identical inside which I love. My lease is up this year and I'm looking for something a bit larger, the X1 is not it. Great Video... Thanks

I chose the X3, the X1 dual clutch has problems, also no rotary but touch screen operation only for the X1. The X1 delivers a lot of car for the money, but the X3 is better overall in drivability and styling etc.
