Thanks you so much it’s so cold my kids have been getting sick and this thermostat has been stressful with no manual.
I just wanted to know how to reset to factory settings. Specifically so that I don’t have a schedule.

Hi , @tineweichselbaum6679 I had the same problem , this video goes into programming in a lot of detail (mainly whats in the manual anyway) but no full reset ??
I had a look at other Honeywell thermostats and one model advised to take the batteries out put them in reverse and wait 5 seconds.... then put them back in correctly ,it worked for me 😁

I hate this thermostat because it never wants to heat during the winter! Heat starts working during the day but it’s freezing in my house during the night! Can anyone recommend a good thermostat?

I got the non-programmable model TH3110D1008. Worked great, all I wanted was one I could turn on/off and set the temp to what I wanted and it would do that, no more and no less. This programmable model, as near as I can tell, can NOT be made to work that way.
How can we get a copy of the paper you were reading from, the instructions?
You covered the settings but didn’t show us what to press to move forward on the actual device (or end the session).

These people make it more complicated than anything after saying it's going to be simple.
Simplest way is to just use the manual overide( arrow buttons up and down) .
I moved into home with this thermostat I can't figure it out without instruction book it like it's possessed does whatever wants I want 67' fall home temp it keeps heating it to 74'

I cannot stand this thermostat
This P.O.S of thermostat is the worst to use! When I put it to a low temperature it doesn't want to go cold during the day but at night it does throws cold?! Is it because it's hot outside & the a/c can't throw cold air! I set the thermostat to 70° on hold but it reads 87 ° on hold but temperature has been going up still 🤯🤯🤯🤯
I think we should just buy something different. This house i bought came with this. I am sitting in 55 degrees in my house.

Just use the up down arrows to do a manual overide (temp).

How do you turn off the "Set Schedule" function?
You can press set and then hold set and the time and temperature will go away and then you press set again. Its annoying because you have to do it three times for sleep,leave and wake
you should be holding set for about 4 seconds before it cancels the time and temperature, I forgot to say

What happen if your heat keep running even if it’s on the off button?
For the life of me i cant get this P.O.S to blow heat higher then 61....

I don’t have days and it keeps trying to turn on and doesn’t. The system heats up but it won’t turn over and heat the house.
I have watched all three videos. Could you help me reset to factory settings. I did function 40-1 on p.10 and checked to see if settings would match p. 12 . They did not and were still what I had previously set them at. Thanks for your help!
Remove batteries and leave out overnight(capasitor discharge) put batteries in reverse for 5 seconds then reinstall correctly.

My first setting in the menu doesn’t show 1-1. It shows 5-6.
Keep pressing the hold buttons together and it will move through all of the settings .
Have a question . I have a Honeywell home. But I have an electric furnace with central air on it too. But on the Honeywell it does not have the 1 1 option. So will this thermostat not work for my house?

I have 7 wires I think one of them is just for the face display. Am I supposed to put this on gas or the electric setting. House is from1983.
What furnace do u have if it’s just elec use elec setting
Sounds like a manual start of a NASA rocket with the guidance to the moon. Get a non programing thermostat because as soon as somebody changes the batteries you will come home to a ice sculptured house. This is for a single rocket scientist.

If Setting #20 is 1, change it to 0 (zero)

@@JohnFrancoNH Is it possible to change the humidity level % using this installer menu? Our Indoor humidity level hovers around 25-30% when set at 70 degrees /Auto . Would love to get it higher to around 50%, as it's way too dry. Located in south Florida and have never seen it get this low via central A/C around here.
