Clap pushups are god sent. Can’t remember what video it was in the past, but Dane mentioned doing 50 clap pushups a day and you’ll hit 315 at some point. I was stuck at 295 for a while, did 2 weeks of clap pushups and ended up breaking the plateau.

Love the video. I'm heading for a 405 bench. The 3 things that really helped my bench get very strong was weighted dips, heavy standing ohp and close grip incline bench. Louie Simmons said if you have a 300 lbs bench, most likely, you will not have a 300 lbs ohp. But if you can ohp 300lbs you can definitely bench 300lbs. For reps
❤ I always finish Skull Crushers with Telle Extensions for extra reps when I can't do anymore extensions so I can really get my triceps to true failure.
Been adding telle extensions and clap push-ups into my program. Both exercises are game changers for me. With the telle extensions I will have to try it chains next time and see how that goes. Really like those explosive box push ups as well. Been having my clients doing these for that neural coordination u mention. Great content!!

The clap push ups are a plyometric excersise. Between 1 to 3 times per week its ok. If you do it in strength day, do it first, so you are going to been able to aply max effort on every reep. Good luck, brother

My body wt is 260 lbs. I can do zero pushups. My Bench is 190 lb and deadlift is 275 lb. I presume when I can bench 260 I can do pushups.
