what about in the curio 2 when you send to cut out a design on chipboard there is a lot of blue half circles around the design. What does that mean? Thank you in advance!
Those are called hooks and loops. The Kraft blade needs that extra space to turn around. Those lines do cut, but they are typically outside of the design, so it works out OK. It does take a bit longer, though.
@@silhouettesuccess oh wow thank you so much! Yeah I was trying to cut chipboard today but it didn’t go all the way through (settings) not sure what to do. Thank you
If they are cut files, In the send panel, check to see if all of the cuts are lit up in red. If they're not, select the whole design and then click on cut instead of cut edge. If they are images, you'll need to trace them, then cut.

@ivelissecruz4653 try multiple passes. If that doesn't work, you'll need either a 2 mm or 3mm blade.
@@silhouettesuccess yes i have the 3mm kraft blade the grey and orange one
I didn't know you could do that.
i cannot get my design to cut the inside parts, it is only cutting the outline. what am i doing wrong?

Why am I getting queued in the send panel?
Is your machine fully connected? Is there a green check? I would try shutting down and rebooting everything.
