- This is a tour of my penthouse apartment in Jersey City that has amazing views of NYC! I've lived in Jersey City since 2014 and this apartment since 2018. My favorite things about it are the floor to ceiling windows with the view of New York City. This is a corner penthouse unit and is the largest that you can get in the building. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has higher ceilings than normal. The building has plenty of amenities including a gym, theater room, common spaces to work from home or hangout, a full court basketball court with views of the Statue of Liberty, 2 swimming pools, grills and fire pits. What are your thoughts on Atlas that just came up in JC?
I haven’t previewed that in person yet but from what I’ve seen they look great. It’s located right on the border of downtown Jersey City and Bergen Lafayette. That part of Bergen Lafayette has been growing quickly with many new construction homes being built and great restaurants moving in.

Looking to rent here in a few months. What's the noise level in terms of walls being sound proofed?
We’ve heard our neighbors a few times but it’s not nearly as bad as in many other buildings. It also depends on how noisy your neighbors are

do you have blinds/ curtains for the windows?
All of the units come with shades installed and then people can add their own curtains if they’d like
the air conditioner in the windows cheapens the look of the apt
I agree, I wish they put central heating and cooling instead of the PTAC units. But the rest of the place more than makes up for it.

2-bed 2-baths here rent for around $5,300 and up depending on the layout you get, the direction you face and the floor you’re on

I love the views, high ceilings and big windows. If I could've I would've done some renovations to match our personal taste before moving in.
