It's just crazy how one small state can be so divided. North Jersey is to over populated, you get no open space, no privacy, u barely get any green "grass & trees."
The homes and apartments are ridiculously overpriced...
Meanwhile, one hour downstate, in South Jersey, is the total opposite: fewer people, open space, privacy, green grass, and treees...
The homes and apartments in South Jersey are bigger and better for half the price she mentioned...
Also, next to one of the biggest cities in America, Philadelphia...
Plus, it's better living for a family

Thank you for your comment. You just going to act like Central Jersey doesn't exist. (just kidding) There are huge differences between the 2 New Jerseys. North Jersey is closer to the city that caters to the center of the world (NYC) As a whole we're the Garden State for a reason. Northern NJ is pricey when you get out of the metro area some there are beautiful greenspaces and recreational activities. I like going to the beach in Soth Jersey for time to time #I❤NJ

It's a city. Jersey does have a lot of diverse areas from the lakes to the beach shores.
