@@neffseda4181I haven’t been to A1 deli on grove but there was a good restaurant I used to go to a lot across the street from it called Park and Sixth. They had great cheeseburgers, wings and other appetizers. And I miss Talde being here. That was near where Toricos ice cream is now - just on the other side of the block

I agree I love Jersey City! Newport is a great area. Many of the buildings in Newport have great views of New York City and you’re only one stop away from Manhattan on the Path Train.

I went to Kean for college from out of state I remember JC first place I arrived I was like wow what a difference from Texas lol. It has so much potential but NJ in general is awful for taking care of their cities. So many beautiful historic buildings there and Newark that would look phenomenal renovated. Camden too! All those run down houses look to used beautiful and with Philly next door it’d be a gold mine. Come on NJ! We believe in you.

Have you been to downtown Jersey City lately? It’s very nice here now. Pretty much an extension of NYC now. Even some of the areas further in JC are starting to follow. Definitely come back and visit!

Jersey city is getting bigger by the day. They are building skyscrapers and high rises everywhere. It reminds me of a small Chicago with a NY vibe.

How are you liking South Orange? A team I worked on did the lease up on a new development there. Newark is getting a lot of attention now too. Are you thinking about buying an investment property there or home?

While it’s true that some people are leaving the state, many people are moving here. I’ve experienced this first hand through selling people homes here and meeting lots of people who recently moved here from other cities and states. The population of Jersey City has also grown significantly over the past several years.

If I see anymore NJ licence plates in south Florida someone needs to tell the governor of NJ that his policies aren't working. They are coming in droves even in the summer.

Because Fulop has continued to expand his pedestrian plaza, the traffic has nowhere to go.
