    Hey Thanks for vid, first time working with these forks . Didn't have the 4 hole tool saw your vid and did it without it . Saved me waiting a couple days. Did them both still in the triples just loosened top and jacked the front tire up. Worked great. Thanks again / subscribed,

      Thanks for the demonstration, this is my first venture into modern style of folks. I have lots of experience with traditional style of forks, both internal spring and external springs. But none when it comes to cartridges style forks. I am sure the information will be useful when I get ready to service my open chamber KTM forks.

    Richard, honestly I've never considered doing this way. You can do both at the same time, however you'd have to contend with the spaghetti wiring and flopping handlebars. But it most definitely is do-able! Let us know how it works out!

    I'm not seeing why this can't be done in the motorcycle with the top clamp loose what do you think? I need to do my springs soon I have already purchased them.

    Are these the same forks that are on the 350 EXC?

      Good video! Just did that to a friends exc, open chamber, very easy. I wish I had watched this first.
