i am not apple polishing but i start my su from su7 since & seen a lots of tutorial..& not many tutors like u who has pushed su so well with your mind..& know how to simplify the process within 10 min without speaking a word..tks a lot anyway..
go to extension manager and click on gear icon in top right corner and choice "Unrestricted" and click on confirm button now install again and restart sketchup
Hello, I tried this plugin today, but after the point formation, I am trying to move them and create an undulating wall. Points are moving but nothing is happening in a group. I have followed every single thing you said in this video. I have watched it like 10-15 times but I am not able to find a solution. Please help ASAP. Thank you.
Hey, it works great. but I have two questions. If I am working on one block and save the SketchUp file and closed it or it gets crashed, next time if we opening the same file in both the cases, the points which we have created for undulation those won't work. another scenario is that in the same file I can not create points for two blocks. For example, if I have created a one set of points and done undulating a block and then and start doing for next set, in middle I thought of changing the first set of points but again I can not use them for undulating a block. Please provide a solution for these two queries, it will be very helpful especially the second one. Thank you.
limitations 😔 - you cannot create more than one active FFD at a time in same model. - when you re-open the file the ffd point will stop deformation. and if you want to control geometry again via guide points you need to do follinge things to avoid to crash (bugsplat) - remove old guide points group (remove whole group from top level). - explode geometry group and make it group again. - now use sketchyffd again. seria bueno dejar en claro , que para hacer eso se necesita el plugin FFD , porque no esta en el sketchup normal , me pasado horas tratando de descargar , y voy a tener que hacer lo mismo en 3d max porque sketchup , no me ayuda

tks a lot, get fixed by clearing all other objs & follow your lecture exactly without any additional annotation made by me as note; by the way i have been rejected by sketchup essential for the making of any jet fighter with booster flame during speed up in su..i wonder if you are the master of su will show us the way to do so (gaseous ejection in su by fredo animator alone)? ok i will try but the fredo animator still in development mode. thats why i not make any comprehensive tutorials on it. in the recent update fredo6 made huge changes.
Hello, sorry I am encountering the same problem. I have created multiple sheets using the shapes and push/pull tool, the explode option was not available as none were grouped, then I grouped them all and began moving the points. However, similar to marco... the anchors move but the shape does not deform to the anchor points. I am using SU2018 pro +windows 10. thank you very much for the video.
make a copy of the top edge loop with move tool move while pressing the ctrl key and place it at the bottom. now without doing any thing just type " 10/ " and press enter key.

Never mind, found a mistake. I did not make rectangles which we have to copy and then soften it. It was a silly mistake. Anyways really good tutorial.

It's not a plugin
In slicer extension. You first create an undulation and then slicer will slice it. Much easier to do.

the FDD plugin only works if there are points it can pull. if its just a smooth solid surface, the plugin cannot find points to distort the shape
