    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    I've been working out with you guys regularely for several months now and this is the first time I do this workout. 33 minute video, I did it in 40. I almost threw up twice, my legs are so sore that I can barely stand, sweat is pouring down as I'm typing this, and there were a few times I stopped to rest as soon as it said "10 seconds". Nevertheless, I'm extremely proud of myself because I f i n i s h e d it!!! And I feel great! Definitely adding it to my favourites. I just wanna say, I am so thankful I found you and you have made me feel better about myself, both physically and mentally. Thank you, for real, thank you, thank you, thank you!

    OMG this exercise was amaaaaaazing. You guys are the best . I dropped all other youtube exercise videos, because yours are the most complete, safer than many , with good music and you two have fun and good attitude. Now every day I scan through your videos to decide which one I want to do. This one has become one of my faves.

    You two literally saved my life! When I say literally, I mean literally! Thank you for that! I was obese, couldn't climb 3 stairs, my back was hurt because of the weight, i was only sitting in front of my computer because of work for 10 hours a day and my cholesterol was thru the roof and I was pre-diabetic. Then I saw Daniel, one of your beginner videos and that was my start. I am still not where I want to be but I'm progressing and you taught me that's the only thing that matters. I listened to your speeches and you kept me going! If I had the money I would gladly sign up for your app, but I can't right now. I will some day for sure, until then I will be advertising you all! Thank you for doing this, you really are saving lives!

    Wow I wished I saw this earlier just finished doing the tabata cardio. I LOVE you guys I did all 5 H2O workouts yesterday back to back all 5 videos in one day. You and your wife give me motivation to keep going. I started with you guys weighing 269lbs now I weigh 140lbs keep the videos coming

      @@lokeswariyadav1071 before finding this video, we tried out other workout, but could not maintain as we did not found it interesting. But we found this team is fun and we're motivated to maintain doing it once per day, daily. But do not forget to take care of your in take as well. We're from Malaysia and our main dish is carbo, so, we maintain it to half of veggie and fruits, quater of protein, and quater or less of carbo. And avoid taking soft drinks. Lots of plain water.

    I've been doing the 30 min low impact cardio since last Monday...just switched to this one today. I made it all the way through with a couple of 5 second breaks.. that was tough but I'm feeling flippin amazing!!! Daniel and Alex are the best!! Hands down.

    I would definitely say this is a more advanced workout then the newer resistance/cardio video. I had to take lots of pauses, but I made it through! The biggest difference is that there is no rest time. The more beginner videos have 15-20 second rest time between each exercise set. That lowers to intensity quite a bit. More to my level really. I will save this video and try it again in a couple of months. Thanks Team Body Project!

    Love these workouts. Having been doing them for the last 3 weeks while in quarantine. I am a 68 yr old woman, typically working out at local Y some 5 to 6 days a week. Lucky to say I am able to keep up with these workouts, but doing most with low impact because of knees. Thank you so much for your motivation.

    I am so glad I found you two! For a working mom who is no time or extra money for the gym, this is helped a lot! This keeps me from gaining weight and recently I lost some weight after having my baby. Please keep the videos coming. I love that even the low impact videos can make you break a sweat!

    I have been exercising consistently for 3 months and lifting heavier weights. After reading some of these comments, the fact that I only needed to pause for a few seconds between repeat exercises tells me my body is in a good place.     Love these workouts! Team body project is the only workouts I do. Ive done them for awhile now but stopped and started again. Ive committed a month and a half now and have lost 5 lbs. I notice muscle tone and increased stamina through workouts and all day chasing my 3 kids around. Alex challenges me to keep up with her energy and Daniel motivates me to do what my very best is. This is the real deal physically and mentally!!!! Love it!

    This excercise was amazing guy's, yes I feel like I have stood under a waterfall and my legs and shoulders burn, but once I did the cool down I felt amazing. Thank you both so much you keep me pressing play everyday, which for a 42 year old student nurse mum is a big deal.

    I just love you guys, i found you a year ago looking for an HIT program i can workout with.     I absolutely love these videos! I tend to follow the male instructor because I love low impact and high intensity - it is so much easier on my knees and I have a large chest so the the videos with lots of jumping/bouncing are quite a challenge. He tends to lead the workout sessions that I can easily follow and keep up with. I am truly grateful!     This workout is awesome! I love the mix of cardio and resistance. I was sweating bullets by the end! I also love the banter between the two of you. It helped me get past any pain I might have been experiencing. lol. So I was right there with you Daniel! Which is another thing I love about your workouts...you make it real and I don’t feel like such a wimp when I’m struggling but hear and see Daniel struggling a bit too. lol. You are a machine Alex!     I am an avid gym person and Team Body Project saved my mental health during the Pandemic.

    This is still my FAVE work out!!!!! I do it so much that I can say everything they are saying with them. Plus I feel like a dancer at 12:35! Love the music there! ❤️

    Thank you guys for posting this workout for free. It was challenging, but I am thankful to be able to do it with a little pausing. Just six weeks ago, I could only complete the beginner workout from you guys. Thank you for all that you do.

    Loved it! Had 1/2 day for New Years Eve and didn't work out this morning, and knew I was going to sit and end up watching the US News (very depressing) or binging on a series and snacking. Didn't want to do that as I have dropped down to size 6 and like it lol So I thought to give it a go and truly enjoyed the workout. It was very comprehensive and my wrists thank you for no bur-bees or push ups!

    My company paid for personal trainers, but we lost them due to the pandemic. I found this channel and so glad I did! Thank you for keeping my teenage boys and I energized during quarantine! You do a great job of making working out with cardio seem not so "girlie" for the boys in the house. LOL From the beginner workouts to this challenge, they've all been easy to follow and great for all parts of the body. And throwing a punch or two makes the kiddos feel tough too!

    Me and the wife started tbp about 5 weeks ago and its changed our lives immensely. Tried other workouts before but you guys have given us the motivation like no other. Did this today after receiving my dumbells and I loved it. The sweat dripping off my nose when doing those planks just told me that it's really working. Lost 5lbs so far and feel much fitter. Thanks again guys for changing our lives. I'm a team body project person for life.

    Have been working out with you guys for 5 months and this was my first time doing this workout. It was a 33 minute video and I did it in 40 minutes. Whew😅 I am drenched in sweat, cried a little, and drank almost 2 bottles of water. Nevertheless I made it through the workout and feel like a superstar.

    Hi Daniel and Alex! I just found Body Project and I love it - for the first time in a long time I have enjoyed exercise enough to commit to doing it almost every day. Thank you for the encouragement on the vids and the positive messages about progress. Question: Is the TWT free? I'm just confused because I thought you said in day one vid that it was, but the link takes you to a sign up page that asks for payment info? Thanks again, and if it is a paid plan - I totally get it (you guys deserve it), I'll just have to wait until I'm working!
