    I agree. Deprive the most grounded rational people of their basic body needs- sleep, food and water, and they will eventually start acting anxious and erratic.

      I’ll tell you what works for me. Staying away from caffeine. Reducing sugar. Eating proteins. Reducing media consumption or media that gives me anxiety. Also getting enough sleep and exercise. What works for you?
