Let me know below if you have any 500 IQ tips I can use for the next tip video!
You post this before the remakes I got excited to see if I got picked!!!!!?
So i’ve been taking alot of notes from notable forgers like ROOSTA. Using the ears and pose it as like a full face cover and you can use it to make a good looking great helm
Someone: *makes an absolutely badass animal head with cartoonish propitious*
Derf, making a tips video: look at this amazing arm!
I was excited to see the Rivet model because I can't for the life of me make a decent-looking tabaxi, but a lombax is pretty close!
Hahah neither can I, but Gettar is crazy
Cat faces take a LOT of tweaking to look good, I've been trying SO HARD to do it but I still feel like ive made almost no progress!
@@xanderhuskie5172 I put the cat features on the goblinoid face and it works pretty decently with only a couple tweaks.
Yeah they've added like 3 separate cat faces and none of them do it for me. Nor do any of the community made ones interest me. I just have a semi-ugly tabaxi character that I use as a base.
My my, Derf, thank you for all the love here :3 It was so cool to see my models even in the video cover :D
Also I would just like to clarify that “Skeletor” is the name of the character I've realized, He-man's nemesis from Masters' of the Universe series, one of my favorite shows back (waaaaaay back) when I was a child. I actually don't know if Skeletor is the original name tho, He was named like this in the Italian dub, but back in the early 80's Italian tv used to take much liberty about characters' names from cartoon series XD
And thank YOU very much for all the help and providing of models for some of these tips!
Skeletor mio padre. Come dimenticare le sue parole "Dal tuo sguardo vedo che non lo riconosci Beastman, vero? In questa scatola è racchiuso il cazzo di Salvini! Va ad attivare il raggio di Morandi!"
American here! It is indeed Skeletor! Such an 80's villain name. Iconic. Nice work!
Man, that Batman and Joker minis looks cool as hell!
9:27 Came for a tips video and wass blessed with a model that goes so incredibly hard I need to remake all my lich models now
This looks awesome the minis look so satisfying and the mechanics are so dynamic
One of my favorite tricks is using mercenary leather gloves to give a shortened sleeves effect
man your videos are always so helpful, tysm for doing what u do!! these help a lot as I’m trying to figure out how to make a decent character model 🙏 hope u get big soon
No way I literally thinking today that you weren’t going to make any more videos until the rework subs video, and then this happened!
All great tips by the way!
Love these videos, making characters in forge has been a relaxing past time while the baby sleeps and finding these vids have allowed me to do skme really cool stuff!
These are all super useful, thanks derf!
Daaaaamn that Goliath looks rad as Heck. That cheek definition!
Derf you're the Michaelangelo of our time.
7:25 The "Rivets" you say? :)
LETS FREAKIN GOOOO
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR THE SKELETON'S TIP, I REALLY NEEDED IT.
And thank you very much for the video, good tips that gave me a lot of ideas
These tips have been appreciated 🙃
Thanks for the tips
The new horns are pretty versatile tho. And love me some good guide vids
nice video!! can you make a video teaching how to make good face expressions?
I briefly touched on it in the Face Customizer guide but I may make a dedicated video to it in the future, we'll see
@@Derfholm thanks :D
Commenting before I watch the video to see if he finally put in weapon stacking
Weapon stacking is forever deserving of its own video yet not so much that I will prioritize it over whatever else I work on...........
One day...................
@@Derfholm just do what Lowfantasy said, it’s actually pretty brilliant. Schedule a time slot to stream with some forgers on different tips/tricks
The Seeker's Niisai is so good yet so annoying to color.
It's such a vibe I can now use a face decal to help me with my buzzcuts instead of spending 20 minutes stitching 2 decal kitbashing layers to form 1
hi! how did you get the tapered hairline in the back of the head using the robot parts decal?
Yo I love your videos! You’ve inspired me so much dude, you have no idea. Could you make a spider-folk model?
Any tips for fixing the hair on creatures who don't have ears on the side of their heads? The bald spots where they expect the ears to be look ridiculous!
Hey Derf, This is more of a question about your DND party vids, but how do you make the portraits of your characters?
holy shit lets fucking GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEED
Do a video making sword staffs
I will comment
It is known
Hey Derf love the content but uh just out of vivid curiosity does your dm look for other players in the discord server (I'm not asking to join I'm just curious)
I'm afraid not. The players gathered by this DM are all old friends who know each other from back in the day when we all played World of Warcraft. But maybe one day
@@Derfholm ah ok I get that thanks for letting me know
What about the link for the shaved head decal?
You're right! My bad, here it is - www.heroforge.com/load_config%3D42535549/
@@Derfholm extremely common derfholm W
Finally lmao
Soo Derf... when the next dnd party video drops?
Working on it! Will be making an update video on them for level 5
Man I'm trying to follow your guides but this all seems so confusing, second I'm curious if these models are printable or not with all these exploits
Ah yes crediting for generic things how very minecraft of you lol
Tbf I think the crediting it's about using the model itself, not the generic trick showed in it.
@gettar82 oh my bad i almost never pay attention to the pre-builts as they usually have uneditable paywall parts and reposing around them takes so long it's almost always faster to start from scratch
And i thought he was trying to claim credit for two commonly used tech parts being used together, which gave minecraft redstone youtuber vibes
@@ShugoAWay Gettar is correct- I may have misworded it in the video but I'm solely referring to the models as resources, not the tips themselves. One cannot claim ownership of a tip!
@@Derfholm yeah but that hasn't stopped minecraft youtubers from trying lol
