My honest review: Bought a split king for 2 adults under 200lbs. Within 8 months both mattresses sagged. In less than 8 months I developed worsening back pain and new disc issues. It is the second set to sag. Purple's customer service is NON-EXISTENT! Your only option is to pay 2,400K or more to "upgrade". You can only communicate with them via email! For a bed that cost over 5K, you can't speak to a live person? Seriously! They don't read your emails. The only thing they offer is a replacement of the same defective early sag product. While many customers likely never notice this, anyone with back/hip issues will know the difference as their pain worsens. Please do NOT buy into the hyper. From what I hear Saatva customer service top notch.
