      I woke up in the middle of night feeling like i was going to die and my heart beats went so slow till i had to inhale and exhale to revive it im very anxious now and its been happening to me since 4 days, reading comments now calmed me down but also brought tears to my heart

      I do most of the time. I'd say the worst I get this is when the anxiety gets so overwhelming and I have to leave a place. The journey out of the building feels like I've forgotten how to walk.

      I fix the problem by walking like a cat, putting one foot in front of the other exactly. Or walk on my heels, it's sometimes fun to do and keeps my mind off of it.

      Definitely me I could be walking perfectly fine walking one day but then I start walking and its like I forgot how to walk regularly and I feel super self conscious about it

    I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife, i suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

      Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

      YES very sure of Dr.benfungi. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

      Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Thank you for sharing this point!

    12. Constantly think about what people think about you.
    13. Think of the past mistakes (example. 10 years ago you did or sayed that)
    So on and on.
    I hate having this, and I'm 100% sure others do to. I will even think that this comment is wrong that I'll post here and you all will hate me thinking I'm a troll.
    Depression with anxiety and PTSD is exausting.

    Wow, After 2 years and now I saw how many people liked this post and responded. So many of you feel the same way. I read all the comments and must say that I did not remember to write all of the symptoms like the muscle spasm and shacking. I wanted to tell you all tho that I have it so much better now. Started to meditate and beign intrested in spirituality, eating more healthy. I stopped taking any medications desiding I can manage without. In the beginning it was hard but now everything seems so much brighter.
    I wish for you all to heal and see you are loved and that there is hope.

I don’t know what this is... I thought it was anxiety because I get so stressed with school and I always get worried when I watch these types of videos...

      I just started haven a lot of this going on i went to the er 3 days in row thought i was haven a hart attack fines out I have anxiety yes I get a sharp pain in my back then hart beep fast get lightheaded stomach hurt fell like I'm going to get sick sleep for like 2 day cant sleep at night scare I'm not going to wake back up this is day 5 I on some med just started to day went Perry good now just have to watch my blood pressure can me ahit get high cuz I'm so scared

      Today, God has given us life to enjoy. Meditation is the only practical way to handle depression. Watch alternate nostril breathing meditation videos on Google search and do this simple meditation for 10 to 15 minutes morning and night. Your mind will be reprogrammed to relax. You can sit on a chair and do this meditation. Inhale and exhale slowly. You can also read the benefits of alternate nostril breathing meditation on Google search. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir, Mentor.     I am having most of these symptoms, I started to walk 2 hrs a day, eating healthy, painting more, reading, writing
    poems, staying away from negative people, avoiding arguments and confrontations, trying to stay positive.
    I am noticing a big difference in the way I am feeling.

      Same here and I’ve do everything you mentioned but I include meditation and the deep breathing. I’ve also noticed that exercise is great too, just get your body moving to get rid of the excess adrenaline. It’s hard to get motivated to exercise when feeling anxious but it doesn’t have to be anything hard just move.

      +Jimmy Mitchell i understand I use to be scared to take pills also but my anxiety was making my life harder than it needs to be so I started taking paxil and it's like night and day the difference I got my life back not 100% but id say 75% so it's a start .

      omg yes, I get that a lot when really nervous. in high school I had choir class and though I was fine singing in a group, I couldn't sing on my own at first because I'd get so stressed out, but I kind of got over it after a while. what's ironic though is that I still can't sing by myself in front of adults, including my choir teacher, but singing alone with the whole class there (though usually not paying much attention to me) doesn't stress me out as much

      That could be a combination of anxiety and depression. I know because that is how I felt some months ago. I went to my doctor and told them about how I was feeling. My doctor asked me some questions then examined me, and thats when she recommended remeron for depression. At first I wasn't going for it, but i said "can't be worse off than I am now", so I tried it and let me tell you that remeron was a lifesaver. I am seeing an improvement in my depression/anxiety that I am so thankful for and I hope you find a solution to your health issues as well!

      I'm the same age as you but I have been suffering from anxiety for probably close to 10 years now... I'll go months, sometimes even a couple years with no attacks and the BAM, out of nowhere they hit you like a Mack truck... And they last for weeks on and off... It really is a terrible condition.

      My stomach just becomes tense... I start to clench and tighten my muscles including the stomach and sphincter and this usually leads to bloating for me and I find it hard to get rid of the gas and that leads to discomfort, bloating and sometimes constipation :(.... Any one else?

    I'm scared to walk in front of a lot of people. I'll feel like I walk weird and they're all watch and wondering.
    I'm scared to ask a question or say something. I might sound stupid.
    I always get really nervous when I'm around people. It doesn't matter who you are.
    I always do things and then regret immediately after. I don't know why, it just happens.
    I'll have the correct answer to something but too afraid to say it and wait for someone else to say it then call my self stupid for not saying it. I'm too afraid to be laughed at and ridiculed.
    I hate telling people my name (Tamieka). I Think I sound weird saying it.
    I don't like repeating . I feel like the person only wants me to say it twice to get a better laugh.
    😢😢😢 I'm such a failure and a disappointment and I hate myself.
    These are just a little of how i feel or think.
    When I tried to tell people(family members and so called friends) I have anxiety and depression they laughed and called me stupid and an attention seeker.😭😭😭 I feel like dying.

    Heavy head, light headed, fainting spells, palpitations speeds up..
    Heavy breathing,...body vibrations at night when trying to sleep,
    Headaches, tension headaches..
    Anybody feel these symptoms
    These symptoms are 24/7
    From when i wake up, till i fall asleep at night...

    I'm weird. I don't feel comfortable when I'm by myself. I feel like everyone's staring at. I have to be with someone or else I get worried. I don't feel comfortable with my family I feel like they judge me, I feel better with my friends and sometimes I even feel like they judge me. I feel like I'm gonna have a horrible future. I can't help but think I won't be successful

      it's not weird at all! It sounds a bit like you got social anxiety and are afraid of judgement and being hurt. This makes your life hard right now, but this doesnt define the person you have to become. You are you, not your feelings or fears. You dont have any less chance of being succesful than anyone else. I would suggest you talk to someone, not because there is something wrong with you, but because you can't change the world around you but you can try to make yourself happier and deal better with this world. I used to feel judged by everyone, extremely anxious and sad just by living my life and being me, the future only looked worse and more horrible. (If I cant even deal with public transport, a schoolday or human relationships on my own now, how miserable was life gonna be?)
      But if there is something I learned it is that change really comes in small steps. Whether or not people are judging you, you are the only one who can feel the hurt that comes from this. Really don't underestimate what anxiety does to the way you view the world. You can never prepare yourself for the future, you can only try to deal with your issues now. if the future brings more issues, you can deal with those later one at a time. I can't tell you it gets easier, there are always going to be new things, but right now you if you try to work on your fear and pain of judgement, it would be a huge step, and your whole future will look brighter:)!

      Nobody will know,until they go through it.my worst feeling is that feeling scared,im gonna die.im not siucidal,never.i cant explain,its just that scary feeling of u gonna die.cant sleep at noght.i find myself eating ,chatting on wh/app.you tube.my favourite topic the Late icon LADY DIANA.i get max sleep during midnight 3-4 hrs.awake again at 4am then the best time i sleep again is then 10am to 12pm-2pm then i must force myself to jump out of bed.feel like you dont want to do anything.Even cooking 4 fam.of 10 daily the thought of it makes you tired+ you just want to bypass by having takeaways e.g 2-3 times a week.its terrible.when i go out,i dont feel like going back.all of the best to others having the same feelings.i pray for you too.

      I have Anxiety who has experienced these symptoms over a year. Crying is one of treatments to cure Anxiety, so it's ok to cry, let your fear and anger to Anxiety go with tears. 😉

      diet helps. no caffeine, no sugar, limit simple carbs. I've had an anxiety disorder since I was 14 (now 29). I've been on several meds and have seen several therapist. meditation, grounding techniques, and eliminating sugar..and carbs in my case....is incredibly helpful. I do not have any caffiene or sugars other than those from fruit. I also eliminated cocoa, because it amps me up too. chocolate contains caffiene.

    Totally agree! My anxiety makes me feel extremely fatigued and exhausted. I then find doing small tasks extremely difficult. I can't sleep at night because my anxiety keeps me awake through overthinking. Anxiety just ruins your life! My girlfriend recently broke up with me because she can't understand or put up with my anxiety, which makes me feel really depressed and suicidal. It makes me hate my illness even more! I'm extremely frustrated and fed up with the whole thing!

      Vitamin B1 and potassium helped me a lot.
      Also eating a Paleo diet
      Ashwagandha made a huge difference for me. Its the closest thing to xanax I've ever tried.

      +nichifordaze s. I used to get like that but the more I smoked the more I got used to it and realized it was all in my head. Smoking can increase anxiety but for me it actually can help it.

      Sometimes my right eye and cheek twitch. Like when my right eye twitches it just quickly close half way and open again and stop after like 10-20 seconds. When my right cheek twitches it just goes up and down and has a throbbing kind feeling but it's not really throbbing. My hands just do weird stuff like I'll just randomly tap something like a table until I go so fast that my hand twitches out of action kind of. I don't really know. Sorry I made you read this.

    The ones that really get to me is the heart palpitations and shortness of breath, I feel like I'm going die right then and there from a heart attack. Scariest feeling ever. Can't do day to day things without feeling this way.

    I have trouble sleeping a lot. It'll be four in the morning and I'll be sitting on my bed and thinking about a lot of dark shit. Like 'would anyone actually care if i died? Do I only have friends out of their pity for me?' and 'I wonder what it feels like to burn or drown to death..' . I would go days without being able to close my eyes because of the horrifying thoughts that haunt me until I feel dizzy and start crying.
    I can never talk to many people either. even if I tried I would talk extremely fast or quiet, so i choose to keep my mouth shut. I'll be too afraid to answer a question in school or ask someone for directions. my whole body will start trembling and I'll feel like I have to volmit, along with my heartbeat getting faster and louder, and I feel like I can't breathe.
    besides the couple friend I have, a lot of people will bully me and pick on me because I'm an 'easy target'. If anyone starts to beat me up all my body will let me do is wimper a little. Others will say that I don't actually have any anxiety and will tell me that I'm being an 'over dramatic bitch' and that I'm an 'attention seeker'.
    I'm sure not many people, or any for that matter, will care to read this long depressing post. it just felt good to let my feelings out, and Im sorry if I wasted my or anyone else's time with typing it. but anyone can talk to me about it if they want or need to, no one deserves to have the life I have

      Ii understand Tyler what ur on about hope things are better for u now I went through simalier stuff and still do I got to the point where I tryed suicide I was suffering from depression and social anxiety but at the time I hadn't a clue I got professional help and all do I can still be anxious I've learnt not to fear it but to go with it till it passes life can be hard but it's about how u get back up hope u get better really do thanks for it commint :)

      just dont give up keep fighting and ask for guidance from ALMIGHTY if youre a believer or an agnostic or a skeptic whatever you maybe just ask for guidance from the ONE who created you . we are humans and we have something incredibly beyond just being a piece of flesh which makes us anxious and worried and empty also. if this wasnt the case then there would not be any anxiety worry or depression. just like any other creature other than human in this world. and secondly acquire knowledge about your existence and purpose in life from the beginning to the end about your instincts about your urge and everything about you but just dont give up life is very much worth living.

    I don't know if this is anxiety or not but whenever I feel any symptoms at all I always end up spending hours on the internet looking up possible Conditions. I do this on a daily basis and I just can't control myself when I do it. Also, the idea of having a disease terrifies me. What could this be? I was thinking anxiety or maybe even a mental illness. Has anyone else had this before?

      +Moshi Bear health anxiety. Searching Google for causes of symptoms is never a good idea. If anything is truly causing you concern then I'd always suggest a trip to the doctors just to ease your mind.

      I do this too. This is called hypocondria or health anxiety. when you look for symptoms on the internet of any desease you really start feeling this.

    I have all these symptoms, & it's destroying my life, I feel overwhelmed, afraid to go out, afraid to go driving in the car, afraid something is going to happen, also I keep thinking about death, & sickness, I think...will I be alive next week, next month, even next year, I don't plan on anything cause I think, I'll probably die by then, my anxiety has gotten be to be angry all the time, my doc. wants me to take a mild antidepressant, but I don't, cause I'm afraid of side affects, I'm not well, have type 2 diabetes, so I think, I'll probably die from my heart, cause I hear this on TV about having diabetes can lead to stroke, & heart failure. I'm living like a robot, just go thru the motions, but not living at all. I have lost all interest in anything & truly lost my joy, I use to be a happy person, biw forget it, I'm so miserable, Sometimes, I just feel like giving up, it's affecting my sleep also., my crazy thoughts are out of control, everything seems like a big issue. I wish I could control this, but have not to date. All I do is think, & think of all bad things, & I worry about everything, so sorry & fear is my life I just keep praying GOD will help me, & he be my pill. Thank you all for reading this.       Yeah. My dad knows a little about it, and so does my mom, but I don't know how to tell especially my mom that I want to talk to my doctor about it. I hate it when little things that everyone else can take just fine make me feel tense, shaky, and not confident in myself. I just want to be able to function in situations that set my anxiety off.

      Absolutely. I've suffered from depression and anxiety and c PTSD for my 72 years of existence. Although I take good medications, it makes life more manageable but, not a cure. When I first feel symptoms, the I think I'm gonna die thing is first. Then I can say, oh, it's just that anxiety again and I'm not afraid

      @@chanakyaeducation8501 Neck pain not always, but can be a sign of constriction in the neck vertebrae that can cause all kinds of electrical imbalances throughout the anatomy! Usually due to an injury, disease or possibly arthritis! Get it checked out!

    When I feel anxious, I constantly check my blood pressure. If it's normal, I relax more but if it's high I start to get more anxious. Does anyone else do this?

      Yes... bp measures are crazy. The top number can vary 30 points depending on how anxious you are. At the Dr it’s worse; that cuff tightening makes my heart beat so fast you’d think it’s a python on my arm after finishing a 10K. The number improves a little later, but it seems it’s difficult to ever get an accurate reading for anyone who struggles with anxiety.

      Im losing my weight without trying and i dont know how...i sleep lafe at night and skipping meals.. I always said that im almost going to die because ive seen in the tv that once people loosing weight they have sick.. I need motivation... We do some test like xray cbc heart test its normal.. Im more anxious and confused and going crazy

      Maria Claire Pantaleon if you are ok now then this information won’t be useful right now, but um if anybody is like me and not eating right now then what you do if you can keep food down is to eat even if it’s half a banana don’t force yourself until there is an opportunity that arises when you feel like you can eat even a tiny bit and drink a lot of fluids water and vitamins even a vitamin water is good and get some liquid or vitamin pills. Idk when I will fully get my appetite back but I choose not to be scared about it and go outside a lot or go for walks. I also listen to the anxiety guy which has been really helpful. Hope everyone is doing ok.

    This needs to be viral because very people understand what anxiety disorder is an many people in my school are like "ya I have anxiety" when really they are just stressed and want a "cool" title to it. A lot of people are also like "ya I've been stressed" but it's not just stress. It's cool to know your not alone 🙌🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻

    When I have an anxiety attack I feel like my throat tightens, I start shaking and feel weak, my heart literally feels like it’s sinking and pounding, my stomach feels empty, i breathe really hard, and I start crying which makes things worse.
    It sucks.

    I get those sharp shooting pains on the left side, around the chest/heart area. Also random nerve type pains anywhere in the body. Also left arm pain used to scare me lol. its not as bad now though. Good video, helps people realise whats going on and that its ok, it affects us all differently but those 10 are definitely true.

    I've had all of these. When I'm having a panic attack its normally just sweating, trembling/shaking, dizziness, shortness of breath, fast heart and a weird feeling in my chest, kinda like when you miss a step and your heart lurches but for longer. Sometimes my heart beats so fast that I can see it move my clothing. I get plenty on headaches and on occasion an irregular heart beat. I want to get help but I'm only 13 and my parents will think I'm just shy or something :/

I have panic/anxiety, and its evil! but if you don't say something, how will your parents know? they will listen. I got anxiety from a health issue I have, and its cause a lot of fear in my daily life. good luck!

But it's their fault why I have this, whenever I do something wrong even for a simple thing like accidentally opening the screendoor really wide bc I was helping them go in and then they tell me "you're worthless, do you even know how to do anything right?"

    I have suffered insomnia since I was 11 years old. I am an adult now and for the last several months I have been averaging 3-5 hours of sleep. Some days are much less. I wake up at 3:25 every morning for work and sometimes I work late nights. I had been feeling tension in my chest for the last two days. The pain is so much it makes it difficult to function. You’re negative and you can’t breathe. I struggled to breathe normally and realize I have had this problem for a few weeks now. My stomach has troubled me on and off but I always thought I ate something bad. Considering I have a clean diet and have been losing weight I couldn’t pinpoint what was causing it. I started to feel dizziness yesterday but more than anything it’s my heart rate that’s bothering me. I feel like I have high blood pressure. I decided to search for signs of anxiety because I realized I was feeling anxiousness (but for unknown reasons) and see I have many of the symptoms as listed here.

    I have Social Phobia or Social Anxiety. Or would if my parents believed me and took me to a therapist. I was finally ready for help, so I went to my school councilor and asked for help. I told her how I felt and she just talked to me as if I was stupid. Which made my anxiety worse. She contacted my mom and asked her if I could take a couple counseling sessions with her and my mother responded. "No, she will not be needing counseling. There is nothing wrong with her" and I've even cries to her about my anxiety with people and she just says "It's a phase. You'll get over it. I was shy when I was young too." Which, made my life even worse. For the next three months she would make fun of me when I was sad or scared to "go run and tell your councilor". And she makes me talk to random strangers like waiters or cashiers and when I don't, she scolds me on how that's rude. I sure hide my pain really well since the guidance councilor didn't even fight back for me.

      I'm 14 and have health anxiety and I have jelly legs, weakness but one thing they didn't put up was twitching. I have been twitching randomly for a few weeks now. I went to my GP and he said he thinks it's anxiety. I'm fearing the worst, anyone have similar issues?

      +Adam Apple I'm trying to control it by working out and doing more physical stuff. When I'm having a panic attack I try to control my breathing drink water and focus on something else to take my mind off it. I haven't had a panic attack in 6 years but it did come back after my mom passed away. So I'm trying to control it without medication.

    Have been diagnosed with C-PTSD in 1998, I can add about 5 or 6 to the list, such as hyper-sensitivity to light and sounds, hyper-arousal (easily startled), feelings of being either hot or cold, blurred vision, and feeling faint.

I overtime have just learned to deal with it bc mine won't go away, but that's me I know some who had it 10years and it went away.     really needed to hear the part about dizziness and jelly legs, I've been really worried the past few days that it is something serious but I guess it was my brain tricking me and I've fallen victim to anxiety once again. It sucks though because what if one day the symptoms are real and you just brush them off as anxiety and when you try to get help it is too late..what an annoying disorder to have :)

    I don't get headaces or get dizzy. My throat closing, I sweat, my heart feels like dynamite explosion, i shake like a mofo, and i can't focus or talk. I get my attacks when i take medicin/pills, my telephone rings, someone knock on my door, at meetings or taking test. And it swings from a little shaking or heart pumping to nearly dead experience.. But i'm working on controlling it, at it helps! I am still a mess sometimes, but that's who I am, i'm still a happy, outgoing girl who love life. I hate my sickness, but i am accepting it also.

    I can't believe that I never knew these things before. I just realized that I have had these symptoms all my life. What an incredible discovery for me. I have been a registered nurse since 1964 and have a masters degree. I have been to many different doctors including psychiatrist. I never made the connection between my own feelings and symptoms and this diagnosis. Thank you so much for this information. Now I believe I will be able to better control my life.

      here's a few things to try
      Avoid stimulants such as alcohol and caffeine
      Try to relax
      Do daily exercises
      Join a self-help group
      (I learned these and more ideas from Trevs Panic Fixer website )

      Matthew Williams It's awful are you on any medications? I only took one Anxiety (Valium 5mg) back in October when I was in the hospital, it took away my anxiety, and symptoms within 10 minutes, but I felt like a zombie, it help me for 11 hours, I sleep without waking up once, when I woke up 7 or 8 hours later the next morning, I didn't have a single negative thought like I normally have, but as the medication worn off, I was back to being anxious, that was the only time I ever tired any anxiety medication, I'm scared to try agian.

      I know this is a late response but if you're feeling electric like shocks in the brain and/or if you have those shocks and it actually makes you jerk for a couple seconds (ie: your hands jerk while you're experiencing that shock feeling) you should see a doctor because these electric shocks (I call them jolts) are associated with epilepsy or seizure activity in the brain. I'm not trying to scare you, but I had a seizure in a public place several times and this was the warning my body gave me prior to the seizure.

      Me too, except sweating. I might have a very minor form of anxiety and depression, because my anxiety is telling me “GET UP AND BE USEFUL, NO ONE WILL LIKE YOU IF YOU’RE LAZY” and my depression goes “what’s the point? We deserve to be miserable” and anxiety shouts back “NO, NO THATS A HORRIBLE IDEA.” I’m a mess

    I had my anxiety since I was 19 years old and I still have it and I'm 25 now and I've only have had three anxiety attacks in my life. I've been trying to try make sure my anxiety doesn't hold me back or take control of my life because I'm happy with life I have and My anxiety attack only happens if I don't know anyone or if I don't know the place I'm at and when I'm also alone by myself and I there one thing I know to calm me down from getting my anxiety attacks and that's thanks to my mom I have a emotional therapy dog her name is Genevieve she's my four year old golden doodle and she does her job very well and I love her so much and she knows when I'm going to anxiety attack because she's been trained to know and she good at knowing that why I'm very happy I have her and why that's I love her so much.

    I have been suffering from severe anxiety for many years without realising. After I did this little quiz thing I booked myself an appointment with my local GP and they refered me to a specialist....
    I just thought that having that constant voice in your head telling you things was normal. I thought all of these were normal.
    My dad also suffers from anxiety. Thanks dad.

      Yesssss and I've never had a seizure before these are my symptoms
      Worrying
      Paranoia
      Shakey feeling
      Stomach problems
      Chest tightness
      Faint spells
      Can't sleep at night sometimes gasping for air when I feel relaxed in bed
      Weird sensation in my body
      Vision problems
      Dizziness
      Tired but can't relax my mind or body.

      This happens when I stay up late and try and sleep, and if Im stressed. Ill think I’m just drifting off but then ill have to shoot up because I feel like i am going to have a fit/seizure. It’s horrible! Don’t have it as much lately, but used to get it badly.

    when I go to a store and walk around I feel like I'm off balance or I get light headed or sometimes I feel dizzy and then I get really scared cause I don't wait to pass out..so now I want even go in a store by my self and then to top it off being in a store around all those people makes me have bad anxiety attacks and then I have to leave my car in the parking lot and have someone to come pick me and don't even want to talk about when I go out to eat I can't even eat inside I either have to eat in the car or take it home to eat cause I have anxiety attacks sucks so bad to ...

      Mee too, most of the time like I'm talking with with new people, it's like an intensed feeling., my hands are cold and shaking, my hearts palpitations is really fast.. And everytime I speak I felt that there's something inside of my throat.. Like my throat was widely open.

    When I have to school after a holiday or a few days off I feel really weird and kind of like I'm not there really weird not like scared but different just like I'm watching someone doing things. Like I don't have influence on what they're doing, like my brain is not with my body but really far away. Kind of like dreaming, like I'm kind of lost in my body or something and my stomach feels really weird and light like the rest of me. I have this a lot of times but always when i have to go to school after a while.

    there was one time i some how convinced myself i had lung cancer. don't ask, my brain is weird. one day, i started thinking about it so much that i started to hyperventilate. i felt like i couldn't breathe and i was going to pass out. i went into my moms room at 4 am and i said this: what if we have to go to the emergency room? i was dead serious. it was so bad to the point where i was crying and i felt like i was going to run out of air and i couldn't move my limbs because i was crying so much that they got stiff. this was one of the scariest things i have ever gone through and i hope no one has to go though this. pls don't think about it. once i tried to not think about it, i got my breath back, i stopped crying and i actually felt a lot better. i still suffer from anxiety, but it's gotten better since then. stay safe :)
