Just had to check in on this as I'm starting to up the intensity of my inline skating. Need to make sure I know how to sprint correctly in my Kronos skates. BTW this was pretty helpful, arm swing is defiantly relative to foot speed.
Absolutely. For city and hockey style power skating these are the best skates I've ever owned. Super agile and responsive, and very fast! I highly recommend them. I have 12 pair of skates and use these more than 80% of the time I'm skating.
