    the fourth exercise, speeding up and then slowing down, is really difficult! I could not prevent myself from rolling once I got up some speed and from there I had no chance of decelerating. Good stuff!

    Oh boy, my ears almost exploded at 1:18! The audio levels are all over the place in this video. Nevertheless, thanks for the video, always nice to see new exercises I haven't seen before!

    Great tips, a clean quick start always looks impressive and is very useful on the streets. I like the advice about warming up the hip-flexors; mine always take a beating when I'm drilling sprints.

    Would be also interesting to see some specific drills to improve max speed as well.
    I have almost done your 12-week plan and would say quite improved in terms of average speed and endurance but kind of stack with something around 35km/h max speed and not really sure how to improve it.

    I have used both up- and downhill starts in the past as well.
    Uphill to work the power and down for cadence and speed control

    A question, should you open up your hips while skating or maybe just in the start??? Or otherwise why do you open up your hips in the warmup and when ypu walking?

    I don't understand, why isn't the third exercise working, my skate just goes forward in the second exercise and I lose balance and I can do the first exerciae fine. why doesn't anything in this tutorial work or help
