Yeah, right? Same here! I’ve seen his content in my recommended stream, but this is the first vid I’m watching! This is better than a lot of what big media companies put out!
It’s not entirely about the contents of the video, but I absolutely appreciate how when the accusations became more explicit/triggering/exploitative, you don’t go over them in the same storytelling type atmosphere as before. You sit down and tell it straightforward, not glorifying the subject matter.
It almost feels like the nudes could be used as blackmail. Maybe a lot of the creators who don’t won’t to go public are doing so because of fear he might retaliate..?
That’s exactly what’s happening. It’s a control tactic. Keith Raniere (the sex cult dude) did the same thing. “You can’t talk or leave because I’ll ruin your life.” It’s horrifying
This is my first coffeezilla video i've come across and, pardon my french but holy shit this production value is insane!! The moment when his face turned sour when his other friend told him that he does convince people to get trashed, says everything you need to know about this guy he's an actual menace that needs to be stopped.
This makes Ted Nivison's story about the accidental 400mg edible and how the regular snacks and the weed snacks being basically mixed together at a misfits party look so much worse in retrospect. I hope these victims get some justice
according to swagger, that story is just the result of them being absolute morons, they didnt drug him on purpose. an actual story that you should be talking about is an anecdote from The TwitchCon Story on their podcast in which they say that Fitz and a friend of theirs were drugged by a guy who got the idea from Ryan himself. There is a clip on the misfits podcast clips channel.
Nah that was cut and dry accidental consumption. However, Mason (zuckles) one of the misfits, literally had a mental breakdown which I strongly feel Ryan had a lot to do with.
Seriously. I have no problem with people who use or even abuse alcohol or drugs. But this messed up behavior of forcing those habits on unwitting people was gross when it was just spiking the punch at parties in 80s boner comedies. Maybe back then people could innocently claim they were just getting their jollies or whatever, now we should just assume its exactly as predatory as putting roofies in their drink.
The moment Coffee goes public, all those other anonymous creators should know that they are, themselves, now also safe to testify publicly. I love this channel!
While I don't disagree, I think the level of accusation here rises to lawsuit/criminal prosecution. In this case, lawyering up and letting them handle it is the safer move until the litigation/trials are over. Which could admittedly take years because the legal system in America is so beyond fucked that it isn't even funny. But those are the times we live in

Holy shit. This explains a lot about why Misfits just kind of dipped, out of the blue. However, the "not much corroborating evidence" part baffles me. If you listen to the first 20 or so episodes of their podcast, there's a LOT of talk about how Ryan made a habit of getting people fucked up on drugs no matter where they were/went. Even then, it felt predatory and weird that he was constantly pushing drugs at the Misfits, especially considering one of the group's major issues with drugs over the years.

todays news media is all about sensationalism in a way, that gets everyone. this is sensational too... the only difference is that this is actually true.
In reality, today's media as a whole got quite a few as good, even better investigative journalists. Thing is, the whole modern media is hell of a lot bigger than those investigative journalists. Ant the problem with you is that you're conflating the whole media field as one monolith based on those crapshoot entertainment journos and comparing that to one guy. Why don't you turn it the other way around and take a single one of the best investigative journalists and compare it to all of TH-cam? Does that sound a fair comparison? Yeah, I didn't think so.
@anteshell the news media in the US is most definitely a monolith crapshoot that quite literally use the same phrases from channel to channel. And the problem with you is that you're too blind to see it because just like these media, you have your personal bias and agenda to fulfill. There is plenty of online proof that you can search that shows the copy paste genre you call "investigative journalists," but will you? didn't think so 😂

I did heard that story, now everyone can comnect even more events
Nah that was cut and dry accidental consumption. However, Mason (zuckles) one of the misfits, literally had a mental breakdown which I strongly feel Ryan had a lot to do with.
Seriously. I have no problem with people who use or even abuse alcohol or drugs. But this messed up behavior of forcing those habits on unwitting people was gross when it was just spiking the punch at parties in 80s boner comedies. Maybe back then people could innocently claim they were just getting their jollies or whatever, now we should just assume its exactly as predatory as putting roofies in their drink.
Ryan had nothing to do with that, that was an accidental overdrugging because Ted didn’t realize it was an edible
I was really scared when I saw some of my favorite creators, but they’re just victims.
are Harvey Weinstein's friends victims?
its also not really set up as click bait either, you could see it that way at first, but all its showing is those involved, not whether they are the victim or the guilty.
@@monstertheatergameswith that tittle... yeah a little bit
@@monstertheatergamestbf he puts alot of effort/research into his videos so I’d probably clickbait too, otherwise it kinda goes to waste
it’s definitely clickbait. i got the corpse and valkyrae merch and didn’t have any issues. quality were really good. I wonder if Sykkuno used the same company?
Man, that sucks. I used to be a big Misfits fan a few years back, especially of SwaggerSouls. As I got older I realized they were kinda shitty people, but still, it's always sucky to see creators you used to watch be consumed by greed like this
Edit: I wrote that halfway through the video and holy shit, Ryan is SO much worse than I imagined. Give this man all the jail Jesus Christ I hope his victims are doing okay now
12:18 one thing you forgot to mention is not only was he donating it just to get rid of it rather this is a common business tactic to offset taxes meaning he doesn't have enough cash to pay the amount he owes in taxes
Except it sounds like the “Donations” were made by people who were owed money by Revolt. That means Revolt wouldn't be able to use the Donations as a Write-off.
@@savage6394welp... Give it a few months and we shall see a fantastic news headline 😂
All these grown "men" who saw Ryan assaulting people and did nothing are literally cowards. This all reeks of greed and cowardice from the whole revolt team
They weren't cowards, they were paid to be silent about it
imagine being a 20ish year old with access to everything you ever wanted, would you give that up?
@@Alex420DT that doesn’t make it any less cowardly
@@Alex420DT So selfish, greedy cowards. Got it. That makes it so much better.
@@Alex420DT selfish greedy cowards also get the wall.
I didn't see that last part coming at all. My heart goes out to all of the victims, my god what a horrible man.
who?
If the allegations are true, I hope the victims are safe and doing well. That creep needs to be in prison.
7:50 I was like wtf I KNOW my yt premium membership is on 😭
I worried my payment bounced and it didnt renew cause youtube does its months to the minute you paid (last time I couldnt afford it, ads started at 8:42 pm. Day it expired)
