But no matter how often he tells his lies about fully autonomous cars being just around the corner since 2016. People jump you on every negative thing you say about their god.
It's probably also a pre-emptive SEO strategy so when people google it, the charity comes up instead of the scam. Loads of influencers and politicians use a similar tactic using certain terms to muddy search results.
As I was watching I thought to myself this, What if the all of kay's scamms were orchestrated by him and in this particular one all the influencers were brought in by him to scam, everyone knows and everyone is trying to cover their ass, including lucas, (lucas might have realized it was a scam but did nothing because of the money and because he wanted to work with such big names as kay etc)
This went even more depth than expected. Damn good work. White collar crime is something always associated with men in suits but sometimes it could be the dude's your kids are watching. That's what is truly scary. These people are the biggest wolf in sheep's clothing in my opinion. I miss the days when gaming channels were just recording on a shitty Xbox with a camera aimed at the TV and yelling slurs at each other. Now they are out here committing crimes.
it changed from mostly introverted gamers wanting to share their passion not expecting any views... to sociopathic lying dirt bags exploiting their viewers in literally every way imaginable.
It went from hormornal teenage boys telling slurs on livestream and/or dishing out not-so-clever diss-tracks to committing federal crimes lol. It's a slippery slope, folks.
As someone who struggles paycheck to paycheck, taking care of my mother and grandmother. As well as having health problems of my own and a house that is literally falling apart that we can't afford to fix! This makes me so sad! Why are there people out there that do this? I don't understand!
There's two types of capitalism, the way I see it. *The honest type, that your parents practice.* And *the bottom of the barrel capitalism.* *Assassination, crime, online scamming, being a family-friendly TH-camr or influencer, being a greedy, entitled little bitch in general, like every Instagram user.*

@@murdercloak7578 my point here if the individual get caught , only he punished not the entire organisation like this case because even Faze Bank didn't know about this
Love how Lucas is like "yeah. Its a scam. But i was under contract, so i couldnt do anything." Like... literally you cannot be legally forced to commit a crime due to your contract. Like... if he wants to be like "i was being pressured into it," thats one thing. But it seemed like he was saying he legally had to do it, or be in breach of contract. XP
Exactly. Any contract is null and void once the terms or the contract contents are illegal. It's like him saying, yo I am just a truck driver, when I found out I had to transport cocaine I couldn't do anything because I had a contract. He is definitely BSing
I mean, technically you’re right. The contract is null at that point. But look at it from a contractors perspective. On one hand, you know it’s a scam, but on the other, it’s a crypto scam. Crypto scams aren’t nothing new, in fact they’re common. Yet they’re unprotected most of the time. Why would this scam be any different. And to many, breaching a contract-even if the terms are illegal-is such an uphill battle that it might be preferable to just do the contract and throw the higher ups under the bus. It’s easy to say “well he shouldn’t have done it if it was illegal” but in reality, it’s more like “he should’ve risked going to court against a wealthier group, risking financial bankruptcy in lawyers fees”. Not saying it’s right, but I’m saying that it’s akin to shooting your self in the leg Vs poisoning yourself.
Yes, but uhhhhh, changing a bit of code as per your employer's request is literally... Just part of the job? There is no regulation against changing such hardcoded limits? Can't even claim false advertising because the message changed as well, and technically the system was still there

It's good to know that NONE of the people involved in this scam have been brought to Justice. Faze Clan and Faze Kay, et al., are still going strong, scamming and shamming.
Wdym it's good
The most fucked up thing about this is the fact that if anyone genuinely does want to do something like this to help children in the future, as an act of pure hearted goodwill- it will be that much more impossible and likely fail due to this very act.
So this whole thing effectively hurt more kids than anyone can possibly begin to calculate.
It’s really sad, honestly. People need to do better in who they idolize and waste their free time watching.

That “Faze Kay should really be Faze Rug” comment was one of the funniest things ever, I love it.
Love how Lucas is like "yeah. Its a scam. But i was under contract, so i couldnt do anything."
Like... literally you cannot be legally forced to commit a crime due to your contract. Like... if he wants to be like "i was being pressured into it," thats one thing.
But its crypto, so it's not illegal. Immoral? Definitely, but not illegal.
@@elbuhdai605 Sorry, what does it being crypto have to do with anything? Doesn't matter what the object was, what he did was illegal.
Can't even claim false advertising because the message changed as well, and technically the system was still there
Faze Kay definitely made way more than 30k. I think you just found one of his wallets. He can have multiple wallets.
