awww you dont like the new dedede design? it's based on the kirby 64 one, its really nice and huggable to me! btw, i really like how in this romhack, the kirby references are the only ones that are done completely straight and sincere, its really nice, the creators are probably big kirby fans ahah. oh, and btw, the frogs on cars which can do electricity at the start of the video are the beloved driving save frogs from mother 3!
I just think that Smash Dedede is his best design, the new one is alright but I can't take it too seriously like I could the previous ones. Also nice, another reference source, cool seeing mother 3 represented.
@@ProdigiousSP i do really like smash dedede, but not for his body/face design perse, but it's because smash is generally higher quality texture for fighters compared to Kirby, so it stands to reason smash dedede's clothes and details generally look better than in Kirby's more simpler artstyle. If Kirby 64/forgotten land dedede were made in the smash engine's artstyle I wonder how it'd look. Not that it'd happen knowing Sakurai's disinterest in anything Kirby he didn't make but still
