The wooden cutout within this video is actually an ancient TF2 meme pretty much, basically it is known as the Meem iirc, just a living medic target which can only say "Meem". Used to be one of those TF2 memes i seen referenced all over the place in terms of Gmod and TF2 related videos, but has drastically died out in popularity. The map with the large bridge is a pretty big favorite of lots of people: CTF Doublecross, unfortunately it's almost impossible to play it in casual, for some reason doublecross servers seem to be the MOST bot infested...

But it's not truly an alternate game mode -- unlike modes such as PvE Mann vs Machine, PASS Time (basically basketball/football with jump pads), and Mannpower (with grapple hooks and upgrades and a briefcase that must be captured -- or the Halloween maps with their Halloween bosses and spells. It's standard TF2 as far as gameplay goes, it just adds one briefcase and the rocket... it's basically a variant of Capture the Flag mode but with only one instead of two briefcases. Normal CTF means you have to infiltrate the enemy base to steal their intel and bring it home to your base. Special Delivery means the single briefcase spawns in the middle between the teams and you have to take it to the rocket and load it in. THere are other variants of CTF, too, where you have to carry a bomb briefcase into the enemy base, or infiltrate enemy base and destroy their guard robots and steal energy from their reactor core (that was Valve's playtested but never finished rd_Asteroid which should have gone with the never released Moonbase update)... some are "official" and some sadly only community made on custom maps (like ctf_Vector and ctf_Haarp which are called "Invasion style CTF).
