Been to this condo unit and honestly did not expect it to have a unit like this. I guess close-by DMCI condo's like North/South Sheridan Towers have them too. My only gripe with this development is its accessibility. It's only access is EDSA, which I feel makes it difficult if you're going out North or coming in from South. Closest U-Turns would be Guadalupe through Jose P. Rizal, and the other side would be the Buendia U-turn which is sometimes closed.
Wow. 4 bedrooms! Is it really loft type tho? I thought loft types should have a view of the lst and 2nd flr. Beautiful house still. Clear presentation too!!!! :-)
