My honest opinion . The facade looks good but generally it is a bad design and poor lay out. Lots of wasted view of the mountain range especially yung sa kitchen. Sayang yung view for putting the kitchen counter. I would have put the living room in that spot with floor to ceiling glass wall or balcony. Plus ang layo ng access ng garage sa kitchen! that is architecture 101. Dapat may direct access ang garage sa kitchen. I bet hindi architect ang nag design neto, Baka kumopya lang sa pinterest. Sayang talaga yung mga views dahil sa bad layout

C'mon, that's why you have civil and structural engineers, no? To avoid that from happening. Don't you think, given the location, they've already thought all that before building the house?
I dont think so, for example in Cebu most of the houses built are hill top and even hill side and mostly are 2storey houses and walang balita na gumuho. Alam ng mga Developer at mga Engineers nila ang dapat at tamang gawin.

This is why you should hire a licensed engineers and architects when and if you want to build a house near or in a high mountain area. Kase if contractors lang i ha hire mo nako for sure wala pang ulan guguho na agad bahay mo.
You can just simply file a case of emotional damage and that's it! You are both consenting adults and the law forbids shot gun marriage if the guy doesn't like you anymore and he wants to cancel the marriage that's just fine. Kesya naman makasal kayo tapos saka sya mag loko. Move on and fix your life.
