      Try not to exceed an hour and a half or an hour during your training session because this will be very stressful for your mind, muscles, heart muscles or even your psyche over time. Believe me, I was like you and went through this stage. Try to diversify the exercises during each session and do not do them all at once. Sleep at least 8 hours due to your young age. Do not forget to keep going, my brother, and do not give up. I am eager to know your level a year after you wrote this comment.

      Chris is 175cm which makes horizontal holds such as plamches and levers significantly harder.
      I'm 187cm and i think i will never really be able to do a full planche without destroying myself

    I just want to achieve full planche at any cost.
    I am training hard to achieve it.
    I have achieved 90 degree straddle hold in just 2 weeks and now I am trying to get straight 90 degree hold.
    Then I will move towards straddle planche and then full planche.
    The thing is that you just want practice and patience.
    I hope that everyone who wants to learn planche including me would achieve it soon by hardwork and patience.

    I have leveled up so much once I started including psuedo push ups, planch leans, planche holds and the devils vice...L-sit holds. I can officially do free handstand push ups :D
