Intercooler Smart Fortwo Diesel

Video of removing the intercooler from a Smart Fortwo, 450 . Checked for wear and tear. Installed rubber isolator to prevent intercooler vibration damage & boost leaks. Possible repairs can do if find a hole, with JB Weld or epoxy.

Thanks, I need to do this to mine, I think it might be partly plugged with oil, my fan runs a lot, not full time but every time I dive it.

Maybe intake temperature sensor is giving incorrect reading. Or it is really hot there.
