Look guys this is not the right way to do it.... Thank you for putting up the video though. I will try to explain it. When moving the piston to TDC You have to be in between stroke 2 and 3 at TDC. I believe your valves are sounding like that because you are TDC in between 1 and 4 stroke. Four stroke motors reach TDC twice in one complete rotation. If you remove the sidecover there is markings on your fly wheel to help you with this.
@trenton1190 I think his bike still was running bad at the end of the video. So he did it wrong. I promise you have to be in between strokes 2 and 3 or you did it wrong. The valves might look closed between 1 and 4 but they are not. I'm not just Sonny from Paranormal Chop Shop. I'm also Sonny from Eagle field drag races. I'm on the Phillips race team . We build drag cars and motorcycles. So I wasn't just giving a educated guess. I was explaining exactly how to do it. Lol
@trenton1190 Also, if you use those marks on the flywheel to help you. You will get it right every time. I don't believe he did. I was just letting you know that in case you're trying to set valves on a 50 and didn't know. I wasn't trying to be a know it all, but I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty damn good. Lol
@@sonnycon40 😂😂😂😂 yep they will figure it out sooner or later hopefully sooner then later. The comments blow me away. If they can’t see anything wrong with what he did then they should most likely take there bikes to someone who does and stop watching TH-cam to work on there stuff. I have seen multiple videos like this. Read the manual guys!!
You need to remove side cover to find TDC before you adjust those. Should be a mark for TDC

True, but only one of those two strokes is with both valves closed, and they said that in the video so I see nothing wrong.

Never trust a mechanic wearing sandals 🤣☠️ RIP Fiddy
My days of kick starting with sandals are limited that’s for sure 😂
The only kind that spends a day and doesn’t get it done… BUT documents it all😂😂
what size feller gauge did you use for each valve?
.002 will be what you want
you guys owe your friend a new bike, and have no idea what you're doing.
We got it dialed in for him. No worries.
