Salt is one of my fav ingredients, what are you trying to do to me, ha!! Salt makes food taste more like itself. I would recommend using much less than recpes call for and adding lemon juice. It is a great replacement for salt bc it adds tang and elevates flavors.
I cant tell you how much your videos have helped me on my weight-loss journey. I went from eating nothing but eggs, yogurt, spinach, and chicken (because it was easy and cheap and hit my protein needs) to all of these amazing things. It's still early for epic results but they are results. I've been trying new things and filling my empty kitchen cabinets with new pans and fancy tools lol So, again, truly and without sarcasm (RARE), thank you so much for your awesomeness.

The muffins are unbelievably delicious! Easy to make and I already had the ingredients on hand! I did add a tablespoon of cinnamon to mine for a more cinnamon raisin carrot cake taste and I was blown away! So moist! Can you show us how grocery shopping would work for meal prep all week? Everything I've seen in your videos looks so delicious, but I'd love to see how you avoid buying a million ingredients only to use a few tablespoons and then let it sit on the shelf...does that make sense?
Very valid concern. As long as you are cooking most your meals, you are never gonna have stuff just sitting there, bc all my recipes tend to use staple ingredients, and you will go through them quickly. next month, i am going to do a video that is very similar to what you are asking, stay tuned ;)

Thanks! You can put any pan that does not have a plastic handle in the oven. If you have a real hot oven, you dont want to put non-stick in there though.

Thanks for this link to the non-stick pan you used! I love that it has an oven-safe silicon grip. The one I currently own has a cheap plastic handle so I've never been able to take it from the stovetop to the oven. Definitely time for an upgrade! Was that the 12" size?

Thanks! You can put any pan that does not have a plastic handle in the oven. If you have a real hot oven, you dont want to put non-stick in there though.

Thanks for this link to the non-stick pan you used! I love that it has an oven-safe silicon grip. The one I currently own has a cheap plastic handle so I've never been able to take it from the stovetop to the oven. Definitely time for an upgrade! Was that the 12" size?
