Purely Elizabeth box cereals - both honey peanut butter & raisin almond are delicious. The Good Culture organic cottage cheese is delicious. The Boulder Canyon chips with avocado or olive oil are the best I have ever had! Thanks Bobby! My favorite products are items you have covered which I learned about from your videos.❤
Love the detailed whole foods shopping guide. I have admire how Whole Foods always highlights the locally grown small businesses that are inside the store!
I live in PA and our local grocery store outside of Whole Foods/Sprouts/Wegmans. At any rate, I found your Seven Sunday cereal there, yeah!!! Go Giant❤
I took the advice of Bobby on something from Aldi‘s… Organic tomato basil sauce. 20% RDA salt content. I took a teaspoon to taste it and it tasted like the saltiest stuff I have ever tasted. However, if you only use 25% at a time. and use it for flavoring., It’s not bad. But boy is it salty. It’s the saltiest I’ve ever tasted.
Happy birthday Bobby ., love you 🎈😍 thank you so much for all your phenomenal work . Blessing upon you and family . I watch Rosie grow wow she’s amazing.. love you all
I love watching your informative videos, but we don’t have any of these things in Canada. Can you please come over and do a Canadian Costco and Whole Foods video?
However, a study by the University of California, Davis found that at least 82% of avocado oil samples tested were either stale or mixed with other oils. In some cases, bottles labeled as "pure" or "extra virgin" contained almost 100% soybean oil.
The approved cereals are still highly processed. It is better to eat natural oats or other whole grains without the added ingredients. Add fresh or dried fruit and/or nuts instead. And how do you explain to young children that the colorful "healthy" cereal is different from the colorful unhealthy stuff?
So eating for breakfast organic sprouted oats, soaked in probiotic coconut yogurt overnight, then add blueberries/strawberries/banana, and peanut butter, that is a good breakfast and won’t do blood sugar spike/cause diabetes?
@@TheSunchaserElMalo It would seem to be better, although coconut fat is highly saturated and most commercial peanut butters have added oils and sugars. I prefer to skip breakfast and eat only two meals per day. The often heard statement: "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" must have originated with processed breakfast food manufacturers. If I do eat breakfast, it is Greek yogurt and berries or just eggs.
I'm going to Whole Foods today and made a shopping list from your video...plus I have your app in my phone too! Thanks for helping me to prioritize my health! Happy New Year to your family! 🤩🥰🍲
Whole Foods is pretty great in general, but you still gotta check out the ingredients unfortunately. Still way better healthy options vs a regular grocery store 😊
I’m a little suspicious of all of Siete’s products being on sale. It sounds like Pepsi Co. is trying to move product to get rid of it and change to cheaper ingredients, namely the oil, and keep the same price. I will keep my eye on these chips and not buy them if that happens…😉
New Barn Regenerative is my serious go to. Yolks are literally ORANGE. I used to buy the Vital Fams 18 pack but honestly found these rather bland unless for baking or mayo. I'm always reaching for New Barn after the first try. BTW always a fan of WF but prices definately dropped when Amazon took over and buying with a Prime account is a bonus! Palm reader for pay is also a clever perk!!!
Happy birthday..🎂🎊 All the items that you picked I use Regularly, except seven Sunday’s cereal.. The salsa I never tried before the avocado chips I never tried before. That was something I will buy thank you but it’s video good health is wealth.❤
He's explained for years he does not view maple syrup and coconut sugar as the same as refined cane sugar. He also says this about agave, etc. he's been consistent about that for 5 years now. You can question his logic, but that's something he's personally preached about since he was doing these vids in Chicago years before Seven Sundays was a thing.
There are some things we can get in California that I think are better options and less gimmicky. Strauss Farms Yogurt, Dairy Butter and Cheese and Alexandre Farms A2/A2 Dairy, including their showstopper sour cream and kefir. And of course, Mary's Never Ever Heirloom Chicken. Grand Teton Sausages.
Thanks for the shout out Bobby! We appreciate it! As a stone-milled bread company on a mission to take down the industrialization of food it means so much so have you feature us. Look out for One Mighty Mill we are expanding fast and furiously
What about the vegan Harmless harvest unflavored coconut yogurt or Forager unflavored cashew milk yogurt? You didn’t mention those and I thought they were clean
I been looking for Purely Elizabeth ever since I finished the red or pink bag original taste like nothing.really felt good then all sudden I feel in love been buying oats since been wanting organic purely again just rolled oats to me I wouldn’t get the blue bags either
Bobby can you do a video showing the the same items (not brands) that we can afford. Buying eggs for 13.99 is way out of the ballpark for us. Our eggs cost us about 2 bucks a dozen.
Sad to say those pizza bites are horrible , doesn’t taste or texture anything at all like pizza rolls We need another company to make these things right
So Rao’s marinara was rejected because of regular olive oil. Why isn’t Siete’s Salsa Soleada rejected for same reason? Only says “olive oil “ on label.
@BobbyParrish - I'm interested in your input on the amount of tapioca starch being added to just about everything. My concern is that it's becoming a highly processed and quality compromised product as a result of it being added to everything. My sense is this is why more and more people are having difficulty with this ingredient. I've switched to arrowroot. Hoping quality stays constant with this product. Someone here commented avocado oils are being compromised - is this accurate? If so, please advise as to which brands ate clean and pure avocado. Thanks!!

I love these videos. Please consider making one for Trader Joe’s if you haven’t already
He gets kicked out of Trader Joe’s so he doesn’t go anymore.
They are super strict not allowing anyone to record
Those Boulder Creek Avo Oil Ruffle Potato Chips are fantastic- IMO.
Really crunchy, thick & flavorful!
Happy Birthday🎉 🎂 Bobby. Many Blessed more.. 🎈
The sugar in the jam is used as a preservative not to sweeten it. That's the difference between jam and a fruit spread.
I buy my Purely Elizabeth cereal at Publix every time it's on sale. BOGO!
Going to Whole Foods tomorrow… thanks for the shopping list!
Bobby can we please get a Bobby approved “KIDS SCHOOL LUNCH BOX” video? I know you have done one in the past but I would love to see an updated one.
Yuka app does give you alternatives
yes, it does
Love the Yuka app!! I have totally overhauled my and my children’s diets because of that app. We all feel so much better and cleaner!
Carbohydrate city! No thanks cereal isle. Thanks for the app info 🎉
I've all but DITCHED cereal. If I find good steel-cut organic oats, I'm willing to try oatmeal again...I miss it.
Bobby, you are a gem!!!
Happy Birthday 🎂 Thanks for the information🙂
gotta show the lovebird stuff in the cereal section. cleanest ingredient cereal

I'd skip cereals completely waste of carbs, still most are ultra processed.

Is that true? We are lied to on a daily basis.
UGH. THIS TOO??? This is so distressing!!! Olive oil was bad enough!
…which is why Bobby recommends buying avocado and olive oil that comes from a single source (one, single country)
Happy Birthday Bobby. Enjoy e😂Moment. 🎉🎉
I like the video! Is there something else I can use besides cottage cheese? Also, can you do HEB? 🙂

I have never heard Bobby talk about the health benefits from eating whole grains. Or milling your own flour
I keep hearing oats are bad for you. They’re filled with glyphosates?

Seven Sundays cereal is awful . Cardboard might be better, never buying again. My whole family thought it was awful too.
not only that, it's not filling. I feel like I can eat half a box and be barely full.
