Thank you so much for the recipes! I’ve been getting into shape and eating healthy to help my daughter with her weight and this keeps meals interesting. Eating healthy and hiking almost everyday (in San Diego) has helped my daughter and me lose over 10 pounds each! We’re grateful you share with the world what to eat/ not eat! 💕 😀
I made the biscuits last night and it was delicious!! The only thing I would change is omit the onion and garlic powder, it was a little strong for my taste. I would prefer a more plain tasting biscuit. I don't know why I never thought of making my own sausage patties, it was so easy.Thank you for the recipe!!
Thank you for the video. My wife is going to try your recipe. I can always tell her what people do for a living and today she won the contest. I told her you had to be an EMT or medical person at some point in your life and she told me "no". He's a Chef. Thanks again and hopefully we enjoy breakfast with your cool recipes.
I have to let you know how AWESOME the Chia Pudding is! I’ve already made 3 bowls over the past week using Stevia! I didn’t think I’d like the taste of Stevia in the pudding but it came out soooo delicious! I limit myself to 5-6 ounces at a time (breakfast, afternoon snack and night time snack) otherwise I’ll bury my face in it!🤣🤣🤣🤣😋
You know what caught my eyes? Sometimes I cannot even watch a whole video as people are talking rubbish. As you talk is so entertaining and we can see you love what you do. Other thing is your hands! Never seen even a chef with as beautiful hands as yours. Thank you for the enjoyable videos!
Wow, thanks so much for the love Maria!!! You’re right, a lot of people have no idea what they are talking about on TH-cam, but I share the important things that I believe guy should know..and I love to talk 😛
LOL Bobby loved that reply I bet....have you noticed other chefs....men especially....its because they don't work.....cooking is all they do and you don't get old hands from cooking....just by doing a woman's job plus mother's work.....and a woman's work is never done as you know that right ?
Just purchased the cookbook a couple days ago and this was the first meal I made. Absolutely dynamite! Bread is amazing, made the eggs a little too thick. Used the kerrygold cheddar from Costco to avoid lactose. I always made a salsa mayo with my breakfast sandwiches in the past which i will add next time. Wanted to stick with OG for 1st attempt. Going to make stuffed pork chops tonight.
I never comment on videos, but you are the first. I have been on Keto for 4 months. One food have been longing for is some kind of bread. I have followed several different Cloud Bread recipes and waisted several eggs and cream cheese. It goes in looking right but never comes out correctly. I only have a toaster oven, so I hope that is my mess up due to temperature or something. Anyways, I found your site by this biscuit recipe and immediately subscribed. This biscuit recipe is the best! The texture reminds me of cornbread. I have used it with my breakfast sandwiches and used it as cornbread with my other dishes. Even made it like hush puppies. Cooked a few min in my toaster oven and then a few in my air fryer. I have fallen in love with air fryer. Anyways, I just want to say, thank you for the time and flavor you have put into your recipes. I have several more lined up to start cooking. You got me back excited about cooking again. I am so glad I found your channel. Oh tried this bread with close friends and my grown kids. They all think it has meal mix in it. Thank YOU!
Look up "keto buns" on YT. There are several good breads based on almond and/or coconut and/or oat fiber with yeast. If you see one with lots of eggs, they are basically making cake loafs. If you don't like the high cost of almond/coconut flour you can make you own for less than half the cost. I generally find the bun recipes much better than the loaf recipes.
Canetha, look up keto mozzarella bread! Low carb/keto and unbelievably chewy, cheesy, bready! I found one on delish.com, but there are other sites with other tweaks that look good too.
Just dicovered, if the sausages are slightly frozen it is Sooooo much easier to split the skin and get the meat out. Make sure the meat is completely defrosted before continuing with the recipe. Love this video, keep up the good work!
I always make a keto mug bread with essentially the exact same ingredients... just without the 15 min baking wait. Takes 1 min and 30 secs to microwave the bread, perfect timing for the egg cooking in the pan to build a sandwich.
I made these biscuits this morning and the biscuits themselves are sooooo good. They taste like cheddar bay biscuits from Red Lobster. Going to have to make this an open face sandwich in the future to cut back on the cals, but the biscuits are delicious 👌🏻
you dont need to "up the fact content" on a Keto diet, especially if you are trying to lose weight. Carbs should be restricted to 5% of your daily caloric limit (or aim to keep it under ~20g of carbs per day) Protein should be a goal and a limit of 35% of your daily caloric limit. Fats should make up the rest of the calories you eat that day, but they aren't a "goal", they should just be the filler between your 'carbs+protien calories' and your daily maximum calorie intake. If you are on keto for weight loss for weight loss, then you shouldn't be trying to 'up your fat intake' unnecessarily just to hit a "fat goal". There shouldn't be a fat goal at all, just a carb and protein restriction goal, and an overall daily calorie restriction goal.
you and @ThaddeusKnight are technically saying the same thing; I think thaddeus point is that; if you eating lets say only 20grams of fat instead of upping it you can just adjust the other protein and maybe 0 carbs for that day instead of eating more food or adding more fat just to reach a certain percentage because the ratio will weight out ..whether its 60, 30, 10 or 45, 25, 30 either way its 100% and if you find yourself in a pinch you just have to adapt because fasting helps with Keto too...as long as your carb intake and protein intake is little to none....and your fat is higher that's Keto so your both right because 2 people can be on a Keto diet but intake be different due to genetics or simply how much cardio one does over the other that's why some people ratio differ there is a base you can start out at but in the end its what's best for your body.
There are no essential carbs. 0-7 per meal, to keep insulin from spiking is key. A plate should be FAT first, then a measured amount of protein (approx 1/2 the amount of fat) ... Weight loss happens when hormones are balanced and inflammation throughout the body has been eliminated. Calories aren't an issue, esp. ones from good fat, which is very difficult to over eat. Nutrients are more bio available from meat and eggs than from carb laden foods such as vege and the small amount of fruit allowed.
I made the biscuits this morning and at first, I thot the dough was too wet, but the baking powder started blowing it up with air within a minute, so it worked out okay. However, I only got 7 biscuits. >8-/ So, next time I'monna make a log out of the whole thing and cut it into 8 even pieces. It was too highly seasoned for me so I'll be halving the onion/garlic powder. I dumped balsamic pulled pork all over them and it was BOMB!!!
I first saw the cheese being ice-melted to a meat patty on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives when Guy Fiedi visited the Squeeze-Inn in Sacramento, serving their specialty sandwich, The Squeeze With Cheese.
Love to hear that, thanks much! I buy it from a spice shop here is chicago, if you have one in your city/town..its much better than the old spices that sit on the grocery store shelf forever ;)
Oh SNAP! Desi called you out on whether it was a muffin or a biscuit!! I was thinking it but most people don't make the distinction, but I used to work in the bakery. You are making a biscuit because muffins are normally a batter.
Not only did seeing this recipe made me hate fast foods and what I currently eat (super unhealthy with lots and lots of sugar), it also made me want to start right away because this looks like the most delicious food I could ever have
So glad that TH-cam recommended your channel. I like to keep it simple on keto. You make it fun, real, real simple will definitely be trying some of these recipes.
I love how when I read the recipe in the book I'm like "whoa that seems like a lot but it sounds so dang good" then I watch the video and it's not as hard as I thought! Thanks bobby!!!
Ice cubes slows down actual cooking and the liquid as moisture and prevents burning but it also causes steam to rise whilst the pot is covered which facilitates the melting of the cheese
I want to move in with your family😋 I love ❤️ your food it’s so favorable and amazing can’t wait to try this recipe. I’m fixing to start my Keto journey this week it’s like the Atkins diet I did good with the Atkins but got bored with your show I feel that I will never get bored with the same old food all the time. You need to be on tv 📺 food network you have great recipe and simple ways to make food taste great 👍🏽 keep me satisfied with great food 🙏
I'm excited to try this recipe thank you for sharing! I want to make a bunch and freeze them so they're easy to grab and pop in the air fryer for those busy mornings.
Hi, dissolve your tsp of cinnamon in very hot water in equal portions: 1 tsp hot water to tsp cinnamon and it will evenly disperse in your batters, mixes, etc.
Wet on the dry, and I am glad to be part of the community I've already made the chicken salad but didn't have the cream of tartar to make the cloud bread going to try Thrive also
Soooooo this breakfast biscuit just saved my life 😍 thank you because it's been so hard to get my boyfriend to commit to keto but he actually loves the way almond flour taste we even made it slightly bigger and made little prep pizzas.. They Freeze well too thank you thank you thank you 😭
I saw this recipe. Did a little research and needed to get your keto cook book. I made the "mcmuffins" and tho it was quite a bit of work it came out so good! I love it!! Thank you!!
I don't know how I ran into your vid but you were at Aldi's and I appreciate it so much especially the cage-free eggs that sometime I'll spend $5 for and I did learn about cage-free doesn't necessarily mean that out there in the Meadows doing nothing it just means a little more space to do it then normal caged birds and I ran into your breakfast sandwich vid which I'm trying to eat protein first thing in the morning so I'm going to try these breakfast sandwiches and I will get back to you thank you very much for your enthusiasm and your wife is very very intelligent I'm going to wet my hand from now on when I form burgers etc...
Thanks Bobby, you sure gave us some great ideas. I have made chia seed jam, but never thought about pudding. I can't wait to try it. My cast iron skillet is my favorite pan in the kitchen. Those biscuits looked great! I look forward to making them. I predominantly use homemade almond flour so it will be interesting to see how different they turn out. Thanks again.
Just made these biscuits today and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I have tried a number of keto breads and this one is probably my most favorite so far. It doesn't have that egg taste like most recipes do. However, I would alter the amount of kosher salt added. Just a but to add strong for me bit other than that, I can't really complain.
I bought your cookbook and this was the first recipe I made from the book. I loved everything. I was really surprised with the chia pudding. That was really good.
That's how you can make restaurant perfect eggs also. (sunnyside up). A little water or ice put the lid on and you won't have to flip the eggs. When the yellow turns a light white they are perfect and runny in the middle.
Thank you... really needed some breakfast ideas. It gets boring quickly. New to your channel love your videos, love when your wife is in them. Does she have keto baking videos???
I just learned after making these biscuits you have to be careful what brand and kind of out almond flour you use. When I calculated the carbs for each biscuit mine came out to 8 grams of carb per biscuit. The carbs on the almond flour I used was 5 gram per 2 Tablespoon
I love - love everything you make, today is day 3 for me on the Keto Diet! Your receipts have save me! Thank you so much, keep cooking. Love from Austin, TX*

It was too highly seasoned for me so I'll be halving the onion/garlic powder. I dumped balsamic pulled pork all over them and it was BOMB!!!
I first saw the cheese being ice-melted to a meat patty on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives when Guy Fiedi visited the Squeeze-Inn in Sacramento, serving their specialty sandwich, The Squeeze With Cheese.
ha, that is awesome. I first saw bobby Flay do it ;)
I just made this chia pudding. Put the ingredients in the blender put it on low and slowly added the Chia seeds can't wait to eat it
You inspire me every week.Keto is easier with you around. Where do you buy your garlic and onion powder,it looks so finely grounded?
Love to hear that, thanks much! I buy it from a spice shop here is chicago, if you have one in your city/town..its much better than the old spices that sit on the grocery store shelf forever ;)
My heart is filled with so much joy!!! So happy to have found your channel. Food like this makes keto easy!!! You all are amazing.
Wow, that is the nicest comment, thanks for the love ❤️ so glad you found us too!!
Oh SNAP! Desi called you out on whether it was a muffin or a biscuit!! I was thinking it but most people don't make the distinction, but I used to work in the bakery. You are making a biscuit because muffins are normally a batter.
Ha..lets pretend that didn't happen ;)
@@BobbyParrish Oh no Bobby you were caught red handed......now the world knows.....thanks Dessi for setting him straight.....lol
Not only did seeing this recipe made me hate fast foods and what I currently eat (super unhealthy with lots and lots of sugar), it also made me want to start right away because this looks like the most delicious food I could ever have
That was one of the best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. Seriously told like 10 people about this video. Ah-mazing:)
Wow, thanks for sharing the love Laura! So glad to hear that ;)
So glad that TH-cam recommended your channel. I like to keep it simple on keto. You make it fun, real, real simple will definitely be trying some of these recipes.
I think YT just made us BFF"s ;) Enjoy the recipes!!
Well if y'all ever get bored, then hop in your chevy van, and drive on over to Biloxi, MS...LOL...PS I can't wait to get some cookin started!
Well got that part correct
Omg Dessi jumping in was everything 🤣
Ha..she has high standards when it comes t baking..and I had a gordon ramsay style fail!!!
Yes! Lol
I would say the ice cubes is for creating water substance to help create steam and the top is to help create and hold the steam in
Wet team goes in the dry team. As you slowly stir it in
OMG!!!! I made the biscuits and chia pudding and I only have two words AWESOMELY DELICIOUS!!!!!
You can move in as long as you help clean!! You defo wont get bored..and I agree..lets email food network and ask them whats taking so long!?! :)
I'm excited to try this recipe thank you for sharing! I want to make a bunch and freeze them so they're easy to grab and pop in the air fryer for those busy mornings.
Hey Bobby can you please make recipes using coconut flour thank you 🙏
Hi. I use an ice cream scoop. After you place dough on pan use parchment paper to flatten. Much easier. Does not stick.
That looks so good. I will make this. Great tip on making everything. Thank you.
Hi, dissolve your tsp of cinnamon in very hot water in equal portions: 1 tsp hot water to tsp cinnamon and it will evenly disperse in your batters, mixes, etc.
mate if this is a easy to make breakfast then i must be living in another universe
Bowl of Cheerios is too hard most days for me
You are supposed to make a batch of these ahead and freeze them to pop into a microwave later.
this is a MEAL PREP video my dude. the idea is to make most of this ahead of time so all you need to do is reheat during the week or simply grab n go.
@@pamelakrumvieda3153 microwave bad
They do look nice, but definitely time consuming!
Wet on the dry, and I am glad to be part of the community I've already made the chicken salad but didn't have the cream of tartar to make the cloud bread going to try Thrive also
I'm ready for some new vegetarian meals! I've eating cauliflower steak and butternut squash puree 100 times since your video lol
Ha..you just cracked me up Brianna! It's time to do another vegetarian meal prep..i agree...stay tuned ;)
Soooooo this breakfast biscuit just saved my life 😍 thank you because it's been so hard to get my boyfriend to commit to keto but he actually loves the way almond flour taste we even made it slightly bigger and made little prep pizzas.. They Freeze well too thank you thank you thank you 😭
so glad to here that..and good call on the bigger keto pizza ;)
Thank you for another keto video.......keep them coming.......👍🏼😊

THANK YOU FOR PRONOUNCING STEVIA CORRECTLY!
Never thought it was possible to see someone so brilliant yet so charming. New sub!!!
Wow, thanks for the love, really appreciate it!!
I saw this recipe. Did a little research and needed to get your keto cook book. I made the "mcmuffins" and tho it was quite a bit of work it came out so good! I love it!! Thank you!!
A but expensive the ingredients though
Pro tip: Do not buy your cheese pre-shredded! They contain starch to make them not stick to each other
Those biscuits are amazing & that comes from a southerner & I’m not a cook & have never made biscuits. Yummmmmm
Giddy up, thanks for the compliment!!
I had dinner 10 minutes ago and now I want the breakfast...
She just showed you how to shape them biscuits.
Yes she did!!
@@BobbyParrish I'd like to see Dessi do more cooking too.....:)
Please play the video again about prepping vegetables and fruits and how and when to wash them (before or ahead of time)
I got a cousin named cornfed.
Nice
Poor guy
Antoinette Lashay hahhahaha thats so funny .
Lmao
Nice
The Chia pudding was so good. i couldn't stop eating it.
Homemade almond flour, that's awesome! I am all about my cast iron pan..if I had room..I would add to my collection!
That sandwich looks super delish😋 pudding too😊great job guys👍
Thanks so much Crissy, defo give them a try ;)
Made the almond flour biscuits today. They are super delicious. Just to add i dislike cooking and baking but this was easy . Thanks Bobby
Bobby.... Boooooy! This ish looks sooo good. So good! I got hungry watching this.
Right on baby..thanks for the love!
You can cook the eggs in a ramekin, in the micro wave, only takes a minute and it comes out the right size.
Great idea!
I may need to make 20 of this, I am not sure 3 will be enough! Hahahaha Amazing
ha, so true!!! order up
I was taught to add the dry to wet to ensure there are no dry pockets at the bottom of the bowl.
That applies to a few recipes, but for the most part..its wet on dry.
www.cooksillustrated.com/how_tos/6522-mixing-dough-or-batter-wet-into-dry-or-dry-into-wet
Recipe looks good either way!
Loving those recipes. I never knew about the ice cubes. Thanks
Thanks so much..use the ice cube for burgers too ;)
you can also just put a tablespoon water
I bought your cookbook and this was the first recipe I made from the book. I loved everything. I was really surprised with the chia pudding. That was really good.
Love to hear that!
Steam melts the cheese
You got it!
Dude this is awesome. I believe in your channel so much
Dang Dessi! Y'all should put that on a shirt
That's how you can make restaurant perfect eggs also. (sunnyside up). A little water or ice put the lid on and you won't have to flip the eggs. When the yellow turns a light white they are perfect and runny in the middle.
When she asked if it was good,
Did he reply: "It's insane, Dude!"
XD
Thank you... really needed some breakfast ideas. It gets boring quickly. New to your channel love your videos, love when your wife is in them. Does she have keto baking videos???
I tweak this recipe (biscuit) just a little by adding a 1/2 teaspoon of dill weed and about 5 tbls Parmesan cheese omg so good!
dill..classy touch Kim ;)
Great looking recipes!
thanks!
I just learned after making these biscuits you have to be careful what brand and kind of out almond flour you use. When I calculated the carbs for each biscuit mine came out to 8 grams of carb per biscuit. The carbs on the almond flour I used was 5 gram per 2 Tablespoon
Dang. Though we were gonna see Desi on camera.
Can't think of something better, you are a master. Love it.
Wet to dry!!!! Show him how it’s done Dess!
She defo did!
FlavCity with Bobby Parrish You two are the cutest! I love how you both are so respectful to each other and you are always smiling her way!
You are too sweet, thanks for the love !
HI Mr. Bobby and HI to your Wife. Ice cube in that skillet is for moisture, more than anything else.
Wet into dry
Just made the chia pudding for tomorrow's breakfast and will definitely be trying out the biscuits soon. Thanks keep the keto recipes coming😊
Right on, line to hear that! 👨🏼🍳🙌🏻
Oh my lord !!! Did any one else have two Ben and Jerry’s commercials !? Wth ? Trying to go keto and they are throwing moose tracks in my face !? 😔
I dont have control of that, but consider it testing ur faith ;)
wow I been looking for a recipe to make these chia seeds creamy thank you! Also you can blend in almond butter into the pudding its amazing!!
Just found your channel and I'm absolutely loving it.
