Having issues with your Mazda Connect 8” touchscreen Display found in every 2016-2019 Mazda CX-9? TK49-611J0-B
Frustrated by a $1,500+ dealer quote to fix it along with a 6 month backorder?
You’ve come to the right place. Many vehicles are experiencing delamination, causing a bubbling or peeling appearance that we refer to as delamination.
The Mazda bulletin calls “spider cracking” or “internal cracking” on the service bulletin SA-008/18, but it is technically described as delamination.
This leads to many issues- unresponsive or frozen touch, random or erratic touch, almost like it has a mind of it’s own. Sometimes the display will randomly call people or change settings by itself. This makes your Mazda nearly unusable.
Theres no need to waste time and money at the dealer.
You can easily fix this in under 10 mins.
The dealer would have you replace the entire display assembly; however you can just replace the touch screen which is the only bad part. Everything else on the display can be reused. This results in a much lower cost as we are reusing 90% of the display assembly.
The factory recall only covered 2% of CX-9’s produced so many people are left without a good solution- until now.
We have engineered replacement display panels that utilize improved technology bonding and will not fail again.
It's a simple DIY video as shown here and no need to hassle with dealer appointments, diagnostic fees, return visits, dropping your car off, etc.

Watch out for the numerous Chinese replicas on ebay that have copied our design- they are sub-par quality, offer no support or warranty, and will last one month.
