Hey I need for my 2021 Yukon Denali please let me know

I have a question, we just purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass and our screen keeps fading out or it gets lines all across it and we can’t see anything. When it does work, the backup camera shows purple haze around and over objects. I don’t see any of my issues on your video, so I was wondering if just replacing the screen would fix this as well. The radio still works fine when these issues occur, so I am assuming that the issue is just the screen. Do you have any advice or wisdom about my issue? Thank you in advance for any help.

Thanks so much, I swapped my touchscreen by following along. The bezel at the end was a pain lining up but overall a 7/10 for difficulty.

I call the dealer and they said it cost me like 1200 to 1600 to do it i saw ur video and i decided to do it my self so i order the part and i do it today ait took me a lil over and hour u explained so good and it was very easy i only pay like 30 bucks for the new screen i save alot of money my old screen have like spider webs and touch screen want working but its good now

What happens if the little black wire popped off the circuit board during install? I had to take it apart further and it seemed to snap back on easily on the circuit board. But the screen didn’t start up, is that related?

My 2018 had the screen replaced under warranty in 2022...but today, not even 3 years later my new screen is cracking again in the corners. It was a $2300 job when they replaced it last time, there is no way I'm paying that out of pocket so looks like I'll be going your route. Makes you really think about all these new cars loaded with "tech" and fully screened dashboards....

Follow the video for my 2018 GMC Serra , only challenge was removing the glue from the metal housing. As the video states, you will need patience , slow and steady is the name of this step. Take your time . Mine was a mess as the glass around the edges was really stuck on from the factory. I uses a mini Hot Air Gun by Seekone HG350, it really helped and yes it took more time to remove and clean the metal from than any other part of the process. plugged it back in and it words better than brand new as the screen does not have that glare finish. Good job Cuescreen, good product. Next test is longevity.

Just in case anyone else runs into it, my 2016 Escalade did not have 7mm bolts holding the side pieces, the 6 screws are a T15 torx.

Yep....I didn't hold the pieces together and had all the damn spacers fall out. I got all back in but one. You should always have something leftover, right??? :)

Thank you for the detailed video of this repair, it helped me fix the unresponsive screen in my 2019 CTS. Could have went and had it done under warranty but didn’t see the point since they were going to use the same oem part.

What did I do wrong , I replaced it and the screen turns on but I cannot select anything on the screen?

Stop ! Never be finished with extra hardware ! Use a straight pick tool to center the hole, It will line up. Never tighten before starting all of them.

How do you remove the clip for the warning light on top left on the dash? I don’t want to damage it.

Just curious is this an LED screen? And is the original that came with the car an LCD? I have 2019 Grand Cherokee and thinking about replacing.

I bought the 8.4" screen, I replaced it, I couldn't get over how much adhesive from the old unit was around the housing. This video along with the tool was very helpful. Thanks. Great product

Thanks a lot bud. Here in Canada i was quoted $3600 for just the part to get my infotainment replaced, $168 at Cue screens, another $40 on tools. Got everything fixed up. Bezel did not fit flush and has a slight gap at top. Tablet was still restarting constantly even though there was no delaminiation anymore and the SD card for Navigation turned out to be the culprit. $500 at Mazda, $48 on Amazon. Everything works like a charm. Drove 3 years without a functioning screen so once again a million thanks. Highly recommend testing SD card before you embark on this mission.

Got mine , will be working on the car in the upcoming weeks hopefully .

Small piece of advice that I think some would say goes without saying, but.....make sure you have a good pair of screwdrivers with a long thing shaft and to save yourself a lot of headache, a magnetic tip. There are some small areas. Not totally inaccessible, but would be VERY frustrating without a magnetic tip. This concludes my TED talk.

Nice video. I wonder though the 2016-2020 cx9 sig model had a 8 inch display, until they released the upgraded 10.25 inch screen from 22-24 I believe. I’m sure the connectors are different from the models, but let’s say I wanted to upgrade to the larger screen, can this be done?

I had to find a solution due to a dead right side on my 2018 ATS. Simply non-responsive side, which prevented me pressing necessary buttons, and mostly confirm android-auto. So after watching this video, I ordered the screen, and I cleared up my saturday's afternoon. I sticked to the videos (focusing on the primer one that explains how to disassemble the entire thing from the main console. NOW THAT PART WAS THE TRICKIEST AND HARDEST PART because it's not as easily removed sides around the gear and the cup holder, and the plasic there is pretty fragile and easily breaks. But, after getting that out of the way, the rest was rather easy. The video isn't relevant on a few slight differences, such as number of screws, a small white connector and the simplicty of the whole thing. However, without that elaborated video, there's no way I would have ever risking it and tried, SO THANK YOU! IT'S WORKING PERFECTLY THANKS TO YOUR GUIDE🎉
