I would 1. take the proper cooking classes to make sure you don't poison anyone. 2. Learn the different diets people eat and what is different about them: keto, paleo, vegan, etc. Learn how to cook healthy and less healthy versions. And make it pretty. 3. Offer it to people you know and try it out for a reduced rate while you're figuring it out. 4. Get a glowing review or statement from them and start a website and put it up there. 5. Advertise locally since you'll save on travel that way. Always ask for refereals to people's friends or family who maybe a interested and build a base of clients. You'll have too much work. :)

Hey everybody personal chefs have been doing meal prep for a very long time it's not new. A lot of the comments are surprising because it seems that a lot of folks have never heard of this before. There is probably someone in your area who is qualified to meal prep for you. Make sure that whoever you hire is trained and certified in food safety. For example you would never want them to let a cat jump on a counter where food is going to be prepared because that is incredibly disgusting and dangerous in conveying bacteria.

Hi. Will you guys show us more Erica meal prepping please?
Lots of respect for the hustle!
OK I’ve had the idea to do this before, my question is though how do I get started?
I would 1. take the proper cooking classes to make sure you don't poison anyone. :)
Do you have to buy the containers and leave them with the clients or do they provide them. are any of them frozen also? Thank you
I need someone to meal prep for me !! How much do you charge ?
Erica, what containers are you using for your clients? They must be durable, so a link where to purchase would be appreciated.
what if someone comes in why you are still cooking and there hungry?????
I have never wanted to be a chef or a culinary anything but I am so jealous of this job.
LOVE miss KITTY SO ADORABLE :)) I APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DO BCUS ITS ALSO WHAT I DO, JUST IN A DIFFERENT CITY :))))) great job!!
If they don’t have a compost bin, what does she normally do with the scraps
I live in US. We have that in our Indian community long time ago. Problem is sometimes they use too much oil or salt and too little can compromise the taste. Yes, you have to tell them exactly what you want and how you want your food. Still people complain
Hello! Love your TH-cam videos. What do you use for the meal storage containers? Are they glass or plastic? Thank you and keep up the awesome videos!
Wahou! I have never think to put mozzarella on the spaghetti courge. It's a really great idea. I will do it !
Best regards from a frenchie who love to watch after American way of cooking
Hi, do you do vegan meal prep? I desperately need some inspirations that’s not just roasted veggies & chili
I have the same bowl for my cat! But we use the blue and white one for water and the black and white one for food.
Ohh how I wish you lived near me!! I try to meal prep as much as possible but it gets tricky sometimes.
Watching this during Covid 19 shut down... sort of depressing how life used to be
tinlid too

Her hair looks great.
My mind is blown. I never thought this was a thing! (Meal prep for $$, not meal prep.) This is such a great video. 😋🥑🌰🍞🍅
I just found this vid and instantly subscribed to you. I looove this video!! I am super inspired to do this with Keto food. I am now keto and I love cooking. You should offer an outline of how you advertise, charge etc, etc, etc and sell it to people interested ( that aren't in your area..? ) and email it to them. I would certainly buy it :)
The background music is.so destracting 🤨😥
what knife is that? i really want to get a new one and my husband used to be a chef so he will appreciate too. i currently use cutco but looking to level up.
I also meal prepped for money ..one client wanted full 3 meals for a week..I spent 5 hours that day meal prepping. I realised that eve though I love cooking & organizing I rather do it for my life...lol.
This was so cool!! What an awesome job
wow! your food looks SO good! where can i get recipes??
I love your videos but I want to see more..when are you bringing out a new one?
I’ve thought about meal prepping people’s lunches and dinners!
You should totally do it! What's stopping you? I've been a personal chef myself for 7 years and love it.
Virginia Stockwell how do you market yourself?
Is there any reason that she cooks at the clients house instead of at her own? Since she's putting them in containers
Due to laws
At that point it becomes a catering business and you'll need to get your kitchen certified to cook in it
