Certainly! I'm using a low-end video capture device, just like this one: ebay.us/2hgp6l You also need a USB OTG cable or adapter for your mobile device: on one end is the USB female Type=A connection for the above video capture hardware, and on the other end is whatever is accepted by your Apple device (Sorry, I don't own an Apple phone so I'm not sure what their connector is called. My Android devices have either a type-c or micro-b USB jack). Finally, you'll need an app that will allow viewing of any connected USB camera.
If Commodore 64 emulation is the main goal, wouldn't it be better to use BMC64? It's C64 Emulation without a pesky operating system in the mix. You boot and have C64 prompt in 5 seconds on a Raspberry Pi 4
Yes, that's certainly a preferrable approach if C64 emulation is the end-goal. However when I first started tinkering with this, I was more comfortable compiling and installing/configuring Vice. I also had the idea of installing Amiga emulation on the pi/400 and switching between the two emulators as needed. Haven't done that yet -- and still learning about BMC though!
Hi, could you please provide more details, possibly with links, where can I purchase this video capture hardware / software for iOS / iPhone?
