You cannot even do that place your hands on a elevated surface . For pull ups you can do Australian pull ups and if cannot do that than elevate the bar by that you can master the basics and do the advance movements
Yes, calisthenics is best for begginers At the beggining even I can't do a push up....but now I am able to do 25 in a row.... My weight was 105kg in the beggining ...but now I weight 96kg...thanks to just 45 mins of calisthenics exercises

Just it proper home food and ignore junk food and also eat every 3 hours of the day.And most importantly protein is very important so if you can't Afford it then always try to add as much protein in your food like fish,chicken,paneer,soya chunks etc. I hope this might helped you a bit :)

No.. your muscle grows well if you give it a proper rest.
By doing this your are not giving enough rest to your body.
