Apparently this guy never heard of the process called Gluconeogenesis. Its where a body that runs solely on fat fuel converts protein and fats into sugar when the body needs it.
@@KetoJourney the body only does that when glucose and glycogen is completely liquidated from the system. Not everyone benefits from forcing their body into utilizing fat for fuel.
@@Hybrid_Strength Sure, the body removes all the glucose from blood stream as quick as possible because is toxic for our cells... that's the purpose of insulin. The body is not forced to use fat for fuel, it's the natural expected way to create ATP for any carnivore species as we are.
@@Hybrid_Strength Yes, they are, we can even produce energy from alcohol, fructose syrup, hydrogenated fats, candies, doughnuts,... but the definition of carnivore is not about the capacity of producing energy from different substrates. A carnivore is an animal that can't survive without animal foods, and that's our case.
I know nothing but know fat runs energy and runs on fat?? I think?? When I eat breads, pasta and put it on a boring steak doesn't and my meds have never been better.
