@@SomeBloodyShortGuy if it works well, you don’t *need* to. Don’t get a newer iPad just because it’s newer. Take a look at the features that make it differ from yours and then make your decision.

Great video. Coming from Android here, this iPad Air 5 will be the first iOS I've owned since the original iPad.
My iPad Air 5 is coming in a few days. Excited to use it after years holding onto my budget iPad 5 :). I am most excited for the Apple Pencil, to use it while journaling, reading ebooks and making infographics 💃 who knows I might also have talents for digital drawing now that I have the pencil 💃🕺
Ordered my one from Amazon as I am starting medschool in September! Right now, there is a HUGE sale going on in Amazon and to top it, our country's currency is also starting to appreciate fast, so it is very beneficial for me to buy this now! 😊 Can't wait to see my baby soon 😁

Watching this on an iPad Air. Love it, and it comes at a great price compared to the Pro unless you need the 256GB storage option. Although having said that, if you need the storage, get the base model, a usb adaptor and an 128 or 256 GB dongle thing
I got it in 256gb storage and don’t regret it it has that space and the purple is so pretty one day I’ll get the pro but for now this is more than enough

You never mentioned the screen protector options: paper like etc. I hate fingerprints but I can’t decide on a screen protector that won’t impede touch response.

For those looking at the Magic Keyboard it’s well worth the $$.I’ve use it everyday and had no issues with it.Going on two years now and rarely pull iPad Air 4 off it.Just folds up and slide it in to backpack.No case no screen protector.Even considering a second one for iPad Air 5 if I decide not to sell the air 4

Thank you! Big help. Also looking for this iPad and keyboard uses, for instance I keep pressing some button that turns my apostrophe to bracket. Don’t know how I do it and don’t know how I’ve gotten rid of it. Also sometimes as I type boxes of the screen are bordered in a thick line. Comes and goes. No clue what it is. Loved this video though

Thank you. Best information on the iPad. I like the showed blue folio for the iPad but cold not find similar one in Amazon or Google. Apple has a black one similar one with the logo but too expensive over $85. Do you have the brand name of the blue folio? I like something light because the iPad Air 5th generation is kind of heavy. But my iPad Air fifth generation 2022 couple weeks ago and I love it but the only downside is the storage it only comes with 64 GB. But honestly, otherwise I love my iPad. I might just upgrade to a beignet size of storage. Any advice on how to get more storage?

I wish apple would allow windows grid resize. All that extra homescreen space looks bad. Like usb-c, this would be a big improvement.
Got 2016/17 iPad Pro and quite happy except volume sliders keep sticking . I am totally a domestic user (age 72) and don’t have the understanding or need of many of the features. iPad Air 5 seems to be a good buy but would I get all I need from the basic iPad? I listen to music so care about sound quality and watch Utube art videos which need a good, clear colour. It is all I have to take photos and a lot stored which I want to still have the same clarity on a new iPad. Otherwise, use for shopping, to get on the internet for information, email (not business) and a few other apps. Not likely to use zoom or anything like that. Probably my main need is high screen quality as I have vision issues which current screen handles.
I feel a bit intimidated asking you as obviously I only just need an iPad at all and not likely to have the issues your usual subscribers raise. However the bottom line is would the basic iPad suit my needs or would I be better with the air5. I average 3 to 4 hours a day and would intend to keep it for at least as long as I have this one.

Many of the cheaper Pencil alternatives do not have pressure sensitivity. :(
That’s why they are cheaper, they have to cut off certain areas in order to be cheap
@@stevee1989 pens for windows that costs around $30 have 4096 pressure sensitivity. Alternative 'Pencil' clones for around $30 only have tilt sensitivity. I was expecting 3rd party 'pencil' alternatives could have both tilt and pressure sensitivity for $60ish but there were none.. Had to pay for the Apple Pencil to get both tilt and pressure.

My ipad is new and I put in a new password, I accidentally turned it off and when I got back on it wouldn't take my password. It then shut me off and now the screen says "iPad unavailable" & it won't let me back in. What do I have to do?

I purchased one that was listed as "acceptable condition" and was a little worried about what it would look like. However, I am pleased with its condition. The back has some scuffs and a small dent near the logo. There are a few tiny marks at the bottom of the front of the ipad but the condition of the screen is perfect. There are no scratches or anything. I was able to set it up, use it, and it charges fine. I'm hoping it continues to work well for me. So far it was worth the purchase. Also shipping was fast. The item came one day earlier than expected
