The Unspoken “Secret” to EVERY Transformation!

  • The truth behind every muscle building transformation is that the most important growth you experience is between your ears instead of in a particular muscle group. In this video, I’m going to show you how to build muscle the fastest and get the most significant gains in the gym by reveling in the minor accomplishments along the way that result in more confidence in yourself.
    60% off all AX programs - athleanx.com/x/441-workouts

    If you think about the negative side effects of low self esteem or confidence, you realize that they reach far outside the gym. In fact, when one has low self confidence they wind up settling for many things in life rather than pursuing those things they feel they deserve. Have you ever accepted a job you didn’t like because you felt you weren’t qualified for anything more? Have you ever wound up in a relationship with someone you know is not good for you for the sole reason that you don’t think you can find someone else?
    When you hit the gym and start working on the one thing that you can have the most control over, your body, you realize just how powerful your actions can be. When you push yourself past the point that you usually would quit on a single set, you build confidence that you can do that again at will if pushed in a similar way. When you show up to do a workout even when it is the last thing in the world you wanted to do, that builds confidence that you will be able to muster the same dedication the next time it happens.
    These mini episodes of confidence building will emerge into a massive snowball effect as you drastically change your body over time because of these strung together achievements. As you do these things your workouts become that much more productive. Your body changes. Your confidence in what you look like blossoms. You start believing in yourself in ways you never could have imagined.
    It becomes readily apparent just how important the actions you take in a day are. Your workout takes on an whole new level of importance. Suddenly, it isn’t just about getting big biceps or building muscle fast. It’s about committing to the process and realizing that the journey includes far more than just physical benefits.
    The feeling you develop inside is so empowering, it arms you for whatever other life challenges get thrown your way. This is when the real change starts happening. So, here you will see just what happened to allow Jesse to make the transformation that he has on this channel. His muscle gains have been noticeable. To many, his confidence may have been overlooked. What I am saying is that the physical gains would not have occurred if he didn’t use them to keep developing his confidence along the way.
    If you are looking for a program that lays out your workouts for you step by step and tells you what to eat to make the gains you are looking for and ultimately build the confidence you will need to keep them coming, head to athleanx.com and get the ATHLEAN-X Training System. Train like an athlete and watch just how much more quickly you see impressive gains (in and out of the gym) from doing so.

      +Thomas - I dunno man, he doesn't clickbait IMHO or shill. While he is definitely offering a product, his "selling" is effective because he really believes in what he is providing. If all he cared about was income he would be a liar. He isn't one, so something else must be motivating him in addition to the shekels.

    I'm 21 years old and use to play sports pretty much every day. I played basketball in highschool and had dreams of playing in college. People always told me I would be an amazing basketball player. I just loved sports and started to work out and saw progress. My life was going great.....But 6 months ago I was diagnosed with M.S. I couldn't play sports anymore, I couldn't walk straight sometimes, my basketball dream was over. I felt defeated and thought my life was over. But Istarted watching athlean x and it really motivated me. I'm now back at the gym and I've decided not to let M.S. take my life over. I will fight it, I will beat it, and I will come out better than ever. THANKS JEFF!!

    That's so true! A year ago, I was suffering from a heavy depression. I started training my abs by following Jeffs ab videos. After a few weeks, I already saw results. The realization that I could change my body all by myself and that it was me who invoked the change lead to another realization: If I have the power to change my body, I would also have the power to change my mindset. And so it was!
    A year later, I'm stronger both physically and psychologically than ever before - and this is just the beginning.
    I'm endlessly grateful for Jeff Cavaliere and his help in changing my life for the better.

    I agree 100%. For most of my life, I was a skinny dude who never really paid that much attention to his body and had low self-confidence, especially around women. Around age 20, I started working out 3 times a week, and the confidence boost I got from that completely turned my life around. Not only did people notice my change in physique and compliment me on it, I felt more motivated, energetic and happy overall. And best of all, I started to have a _lot_ more success with women from that point on, not just because I looked better, but especially because I felt better and more sure of myself, to the point where even if I get rejected now, it doesn't affect me, because my self-worth doesn't depend on the opinions of others anymore.

    This really resonates with me. I’m the type of person that avoids eye contact at all costs. If I’m at the grocery store and there is a bunch of people near the canned goods then I say to myself, I guess I don’t really need that can of corn. But the gym is a whole other monster. I seriously change who I am and it’s not intentional. It just happens. I don’t care how many guys are in the space I need to be in, I just squeeze in and do my sets. I’m by far not in the best shape but I have confidence in how hard I push myself when I’m there. One time I was doing chest press and I kept hearing someone grunting, then my song was changing in my headphones and it went quiet for a moment. Holy shit it was me grunting lol

    • @ekcoualfamusic-9367
      @ekcoualfamusic-9367 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      its funny that i also start grunting when going extreme, all that for an extra rep hahahaha but more important is proper form, and i had the unfortunate please to see some guys that are big doing insane bad form just so to be able to say they lift x or y ....

    • @AndrewTheTransformer
      @AndrewTheTransformer 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is good to hear you have changed from being how you were to the person you are now. With that grunting on the chest press, you are the one who is now making people at the gym scared haha. Jokes aside, the people who are now lacking self confidence and being intimidated by your grunting will hopefully change and one day be the next you - not avoiding eye contact and going in to do their sets. We lift each other up, strength in numbers.

    Getting comfortable being uncomfortable... I used to believe that’s just another stupid phrase and that working out must be uncomfortable in order to get you bigger. Every workout was a pain in the a** and the only reason why I kept lifting was because my contract at the gym lasted until the end of the year. So I kept going but always hated it, being sore the next day, having to push yourself, I always gave up even though I could have done more reps. But still I watched your videos, started implementing your advice and finally bought one of your programs. With the time I started to see more and more progress also on my weak areas (I always claimed genetics to be the reason why certain areas wouldn’t grow) and gained more confidence in myself. I started to actually enjoy working out and at rest days I looked forward to going to the gym again. Currently I’m doing AX-2 and have never seen better gains and more importantly felt better about myself. Thank you Sir for helping me to be comfortable being uncomfortable.

    Can confirm that the biggest improvement I have received from the gym is confidence. Confidence in myself knowing I can push through hard times and stay disciplined and the reason the gym is so effective at boosting confidence is because you can easily see the results and you keep on having small victories every time you can lift 5kg more then every time you see yourself in the mirror you are proud of what you have become your gains will stay with you and be a constant reminder of how much work you have put in to get where you are now.

    I just would like to take a moment to thank you for the work your doing. I am no where near where I want to be yet, but I am so much further along than I ever thought I'd be, first time in over a decade im under 200 lbs. I am solid in so many places that used to be weak, and for the first time in my life I know I will get there. Again thank you sir.

    235 pounds seems to be a frequent high weight where people say enough. I made it to 230 at my largest. Down now to 185 after many years. Nothing happens overnight, and it could have happened a lot sooner had I found the motivation that Jeff inspired in me.
    Thanks to him, I’m in better shape, I can handle the physical nature of my job as a massage therapist, and I can give my clients better information and attack their problems in ways I couldn’t before.

    At 37, I've worked out off and on for over 20 years and I can honestly say my confidence is much higher when I'm deep into working out, not to mention I just feel all around better. Been going for almost a year straight now and although I'm not the strongest I've ever been, I'm pretty sure this is the best my body has ever looked.

    HI I am 16 years old and I would also like to thank you Jeff for the videos you have posted have heavily impacted my life as well, at my most I weighed 210 lbs and I had very bad posture at that time, I felt so insecure in my own body that be at the pool around family and just being in public. I didn't have the confidence to do anything so I would sit in my room and play video games all day and I had no regard as to what I ate all of that combined made me feel so bad, so I decided to do something about it that's when I stumbled upon your videos and now weighing in at 173 lbs able to see my top layer of abs having my nutrition in check and having 14 inch biceps and I'm not stopping any time soon I owe the thanks to you, please keep doing what you do 😆

    This is 1000% true. Confidence is so important. I was the small kid my freshman year in highschool. I don't think I broke 100lbs until halfway through the school year. I remember how bad I felt when I couldn't lift as much as my friends or when I was lifting as much as the girls in gym class. Then I started working out every day with my friends before school for sports. By my senior year I grew a few inches and put on 50lbs and I was finally happy with my body. I had always secretly had this self image problem and I remember how good it felt to be not only satisfied but proud of my body.

    I've stuttered since I was 10 (currently 17), and I've always been pretty low on self-confidence since, then. Around three months ago, I went through a very difficult phase of my stutter, I basically couldn't talk. I actually had suicidal thoughts. But then, I started working out and discovered your youtube channel. Man!! You literally saved my life!!! Thank you so much.

    Of EVERY A-X video I've viewed & viewed again, this is my fave & in my opinion, the best. Confidence is key with everything we do in life. From the kind of person you ask out, to the way you hand the server payment for the dinner. Our mannerisms, our posture, our speech, our goals & how we approach challenges, all derived from our self-esteem. My daughter was told she had multiple learning issues & was prescribed drugs to focus better in school.(that's a rant I could fill a page on) Luckily, her mom & I squashed that B.S. quickly & discovered that in fact, a lazy & non-caring teacher who was riding on her tenure was the actual problem. My daughter didn't need pills, she needed to be uplifted. She needed confidence. I'm happy to say she's doing well & as far as self-esteem, she has her own YT channel, is a model & is one of the kindest, most creative people I know. I am a recovering alcoholic/drug user & am beginning a new training routine Monday, based on A-X & my own past programs.(I turned the 10 "sore in 6" vids into a full body routine) I know myself well enough to know if I do more of the good stuff, I'll stay away from the bad.(working out then drinking beer & doing coke kinda defeats the purpose) And as in the "Why you are or are not" vid, it's the WHY that keeps us growing or spiraling down. We just have to dig deep & find it. Jeff, from the heart, thank you for doing what you do & congrats on an extremely successful career doing what you love. Love ya brother... Jordan in NC.

    Yea I’m a true believer. For instance, when I was 24 or 25 Year’s old my whole outlook on life was great, I was in shape and felt good about my self. I hit a bump in the road along the way, that kept me from being able to work out. For 8 Year’s i didn’t work out witch led to a unhealthy lifestyle. I’ve been hitting the gym now for 6 months and my self confidence is coming back. My whole outlook on life and parenting is changing. Can’t wait for the 2 year mark. Thanks for the vid.
