Just went on a quick vacation to Nashville with the hubby and was able to only do one of Chris' workouts. This was exactly what I missed and what I needed to get back on track and feel energized. Anyone who's feeling tired who thinks I don't have enough energy to work out, I promise if you just stick with Chris' workouts you will feel so much more energy and just feel so much better overall. ❤

My favorite form cue of this workout was press your head onto your hands while doing crunches! I always forget that! Choreography was super fun! Strength and smiles are always a bonus!☺️💚😊

I became so engrossed in advancing my step ability I neglected the strength combo you always encourage - this brought me right back to it with a big sweaty grin. This was a great mix of step and strength! I like it when there’s more choreography in the step portion like this one has. Super fun! I definitely was having one of those days when I didn’t have as much energy but I powered through and feel great!
Loved this workout- haven’t sweat this much in a while! I struggle with coordination with step, but breaking it up with weights is good for me- I don’t get frustrated. And I always take your advice- keep moving even if I’m doing a different move, got my heart rate up to 130 ! Thank you! 🎉❤
Just finished this today, thanksgiving day 2024 and I just realized tomorrow is a full body workout 🏋️♀️ I can only imagine how much my body will scream because I’ve been doing live this week. I’m excited!!! This was a fun workout for sure! Kicked my butt though. Happy Thanksgiving 🍁 yall! Grateful for your spirit Chris and your hardwork! ❤enjoy your day off!
