Finally! The Phoibos Sea Nymph is Back!

- Since it's release a few years back, the Phoibos Sea Nymph has been the most requested Lady's Diver we ever carried. Well, it's finally back! This time the design has been upgraded to include a Seiko NH35 movement and beautiful dial colors. The case is still a very wearable 38mm . . . but don't let the name stop you! We are sure many guys will enjoy these as well.

They appear to all be some sort of mother of pearl! Tahitian and Akoya are types of MOP. The green colour is a type I was unaware of, very nice options for the ladies!

My wife has the original one, in red. She is a diver and loves the design and case back. It’s really nice to see it as an auto at last (most women’s watches are quartz) and on a decent bracelet.These new ones look great! One would look good next to her purple Islander lady diver 😃

I loved this watch when it came out and did my best to try to justify this as a men's watch but couldn't quite do it. I was stoked when the Voyager came out but couldn't quite justify a watch purchase at the time and missed out on availability. It kind of became an inexpensive grail of sorts. I kind of accepted I would not get one. I began saving for another watch and then BAM out of nowhere it was reissued and jumped on it. One of my very favorite pieces. I just had to share.

That case back is really cool. I would love to have that on one of my own watches. I think it would be a great watch for women who actually dive or are outdoors oriented. Great video Marc. My favorite is the black pearl. That's a beautiful face for a watch.

Great value. Thanks for the video and content. Always love your videos. Perhaps at some point you can introduce some elegant thin gold watches. While I love the divers' watches, I find them a bit heavy, bulky and unrefined. How about some thin watches... Not asking for Patek Philippe Calatrava but something in that look and feel... Just for a change.

Its fair I think to say being quartz or mechanical the watch market is revolving about itself.Its all been done before which is equally the point at which "when you have seen one"etc.Its a similar challenge as re inventing a bicycle .

Can I still get the quartz version or must I settle for the automatic?
I will still likely pick one up, but they would be perfect with a 20mm bracelet (for males 😅)

Love Phoibos and have a few, all are extremely well built and finished for the price.
That Tahitian black pearl is stunning and I’d go for it but The bezel design is a bit much for my tastes.
I hope they use that dial material again on another model.
Beautiful watches and unless they are those diminute watches that you can’t evern read time there is no such thing as a female /male watch😈

My U-Boat Darkmoon is a “female” watch supposedly. It’s 40mm, black DLC with blue numerals and wears like a 42mm… the “male” version is 44mm and wears like a damn dinner plate.
Also real men wear pink.Very little is as classic or classier than a suit with a pale pink to salmon dress shirt, watch with a dial to compliment and strap to match the shoes and belt.
“Pink is for girls” didn’t start until after WWII.

Marc - love the new set up! Your new lighting situation is much better for sure. One thing I'd suggest is fishing those wires behind that wall, so those display pieces will appear to be floating! May I also suggest some small floating shelves as well (with interesting items resting on them) to give the set up a more three dimensional vibe.

I prefer Islander watches(USA brand), not Hong Kong brand.
I'm glad the attitude toward watches isn't applied to other sectors. Otherwise men would be wearing size 30 shoes, paying $15 a gallon for "quality" gasoline and have 7 foot tires on their vehicles. Everyone knows a tire under 7 foot diameter isn't a man's tire. Wear what you want.
