- 👋 After installing the H&R lowering springs and wheel spacers, lets drive our 2024 Audi RS3 and talk about the benefits! Overall if you own an Audi RS3 and want a much better stance and improved handling characteristics. This is the best way to go! These two mods will significantly improve the style of your Audi RS3 and also improve your handling! All without any sacrifices! The H&R springs lowered the RS3 about 1 inch all around. So we don't have any ground clearance issues since there still is plenty to spare. 10mm wheel spacers up front and 15mm in the rear give the stock wheels and tires a perfect fit to sit flush with the fenders without rubbing at all! I love the perfect fitment and stance now! You can tell the RS3 is just a tad stiffer in comfort mode, however the springs still allow the car to glide over bumps. In RS Performance mode the RS3 stiffens up very well and handles even better! I haven't been the biggest fan of the RS3 steering feel, but with these two mods the 8Y RS3 handles and steers much better! The looks have also greatly improved with the lower center of gravity and wide track of the wheels. Definitely loving the new style with the Audi RS3 and the handling improvements all thanks to high quality wheels spacers and lowering springs!

Just picked up my RS3 today, and honestly, the RS performance exhaust is perfect for my taste, and the steering is really good compared to my M240i so I'm not sure why you don't like it! Great car definitely happy with it!!@BrosFOURRSpeed
Awesome video man I’ve heard you have to do some sort of reprogramming to the suspension when adding lowering springs is that real?
I’m not too sure. I haven’t done anything like that at this point
@@BrosFOURRSpeed after the springs settle in. Use VCDS or maybe obdeleven and readapt the suspension helps with the ride quality.

I’m not too sure. I’ve only ever done mods myself. No idea what labor rates would be. This stuff is easy to do tho
Spacers and exhaust are SIMPLE, like basic tools kinda stuff. Springs, tricky though.
@@brianjones6708 Yeah you need a spring compressor, which is like $20 on Amazon. But now that I’ve done springs 5 times. It’s pretty easy

Tough one! Personally I'd buy the M2 over the RS3. But if you want the extra practicality and AWD, the RS3 is almost as good in the turns. But is faster in a straight line at least from a launch. Most likely I'l buy an M2 next year and have that as the duo with my wife RS3

Sold my m2 for the rs3. M2 is better in most measurable ways, except it is so stiff for daily driving. And me living in Washington state with all the rain we get here the m2 just didn’t work as a daily. Couldn’t get traction flooring it at all.
Do you need to recalibrate the shocks?
Nope. For the most part adaptive dampers adjust themselves. Did these on two Supras, the S3 and GTR
Stock spring rates vs HR spring rates?
Honestly not too sure. But these are slightly stiffer. Ride quality is still as comfortable but dialed in handling very well
Does it rub with the new spacers?
Nope! Haven't had any issues with this setup. Really like it! H&R ships quick too, we have these all on our site
Is it still front wheel drive based for 2024??
Yes, but they feel A LOT better than the 8v gen, because of the new rear diff. I test drove an 8Y (2024) and the rear would actually kick out a lot while going fast around turns etc. It even has a drift mode which works surprisingly good if you know how to control it.
