I have had bleeding gums for years now. I have had no bone loss and had no loose teeth. I brush twice a day every day. Nothing has changed. Going to buy electric toothbrush today and see if that will help.
what is a good mouthwash and toothpaste to use thank you

MY GUMS HAVE CANCER
Wow, sorry to hear that! I AM NOT A DOCTOR but I have read a lot about brushing with baking soda, Celtic salt, Bentonite Clay (these kill bacteria in the mouth). I brush with baking soda, I add Hydrogen Peroxide, rinse, then I put 1 drop Oregano Oil, swish and hold for 1 minute then swallow (from Young Living Oil). One dentist on youtube has a video showing lots of parasites in the mouth when there are gum problems. These die in less than a minute when you have baking soda or salt in your mouth. The parasites are the problem, when they go away, the gums can heal. I also do a sea salt Neti Pot wash daily because infection in the sinuses can also cause gum inflammation. Where there is inflammation, there are parasites, salt KILLS PARASITES (so does Hydrogen Peroxide (drug store strength), Bentonite Clay (get at Amazon or a health food store the Aztec Brand)! Oregano oil kills parasites in the mouth, throat, stomach and sinuses. Sweets create a bed for parasite to thrive. Grains are a kind of sweet, starches / sweets create bacteria in the body. Green vegies are healing! Chlorophyl tablets from Matt Monarch (he is on TH-cam) the Raw Food World are excellent and healing. I watch DR. BERG video's, they teach how to be healthy. Ask Dr. Berg for suggestions, he takes phone clients. Do your own research on TH-cam and the internet.
