    Great video! Love hearing you and Jenny playfully bantering with each other, and brought a big smile to my face watching "the girls" playing in the dog area. Thanks Bob!

    I worked in the area many years ago and stayed in the Bear Hotel Havant. Looks like a nice club site and a bit different. 😃 Trev

    Sorry to be pedantic but it was a pheasant, not a grouse.
    Marvellous site, mind you, you make most places seem Marvellous!

      Thanks, but I have no memory of any bird as it was 2 years ago. 😂

    Hi Bob, jenny, Tara & poppy, it has been very warm today, no breeze. It looks lovely there & just to say I lived in castle Road Portchester & when my boys were young we used to spend a lot of time in the grounds, lovely old church in there too. Sometimes they have battles going on in there for people to watch. My bendy, cavalier King Charles loved his walks round the grounds every day, yes well worth a visit, so pretty.. Also there is one of the oldest inns opposite the castle, which is very nice, have a lovely time all of you, Bob & jenny you both are so lovely, take care, lots of love Linda xx ❤

    Hi Bob,Jenny and the girls. Site looks very nice and the weather wow it's been hot but we shouldn't complain we do find that it's a problem when walking Dylan especially if there are lots of areas of pathing and tarmac we have to look for shady parts and as much grass as possible to protect his paws. I had a chuckle when you encouraged poppy
    to run with Tara sometimes I do this with Dylan it's like giving him the ok to run. Dogs are a massive parts of caravaning with us they really do make it extra special when we are away. Our next trip is Burr's in Bury for a couple of nights while we get used to our new to us caravan. Enjoy the rest of your holidays and thanks for all the effort you both put into making these great video's.

    Great video. Brought back memories of when we stayed there two years ago, mid pandemic. We had were near the big dog field. We'd certainly go back there, as it's a lovely area.

    Cormorant Pub in Portchester village recommended...dog friendly. Menus online, a few vegan offerings and a decent pint.
    You can walk the dogs around the castle grounds and along the shoreline/coast ... not too sure if they are allowed in the Norman keep though.
    If you have the chance to go right to the top of the castle and take the views (need to have a head for heights) do it! Windy days they will not allow access as a very low barrier between you and the drop.
    Wickham village has many eateries (pubs, cafes) ...

    I have been a member of the club for 40 years. Morn Hill is my local site but as it’s closed for redevelopment Rookesbury is next and I have never been their. It looks very good must try it soon. Do you recommend it.

      Fairly quiet, in need of an update maybe, but we would go there again.

    As you approached the t junction to turn left, the idiot in the range rover was going to completely cut the corner off and ignore the white lines in the road until he realised you were there.

    are you still using the sorbio organic toilet fluid and if yes does it work well? I am reading mixed reviews around the interweb - some say it's amazing - some say it's total rubbish

    • @BobEarnshawMoHo
      @BobEarnshawMoHo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I'm still using it, I think it's great, no nasty chemicals, no blue stains, kinder on the environment and it keeps the cassette clean. It does need changing every two days in use, as its pleasant smell doesn't last longer than that.
