In General replacing older xl cxl and fxl night storage heaters with new High Heat Retention Storage Heaters ( HHRSH ) will add approximately 7 Pounts to an Energy Performance Certificate ( EPC )
In comparison a loft top up from 100 to 300 adds about 2 points
changing pre 2002 double glazing to post 2002 double glazing will also add 2 points
and install 100% loe Energy lighting adds 1 point
