I Love learning about different foods. Keep my husband in your prayers please. He was told yesterday that he has terminal cancer. God bless and have a wonderful weekend.
Lived in Knoxville 11 years now and this is a top 3 place for me. Walter, the owner, is a gem of a man. He lost his wife last year and his kids help run the place now. The reuben is spectacular. Walter is Lebanese I believe and he grew up in NY. This is the only real NY deli/restaurant we have here. I get that sandwich 3-4 times a year as a destination stop. Family-owned, and beloved in this city by a dedicated group of food lovers. Walter and Yassin (Yassin’s Falafel House) are two fantastic people in Knoxville and you absolutely should visit them both!
Thank you, Wiggy Debates! We're always willing to try new foods whenever we find them and glad to hear that you also enjoy middle eastern food. We hope that you had a great weekend.
What a neat place! I’m half Syrian so this was all food I’m familiar with. I think the spice used in the kefta is allspice. That’s what I put in mine. Baba ganoush is definitely an acquired taste, because it’s made with eggplant, but I grew up on it so I’m with Jennifer and really enjoy it. Thank you for another fun video!
Thank you for letting us know that they put allspice in it. That is definitely what was in the kefta. The boys don't enjoy eggplant so that's likely why they didn't enjoy it, but I thought it was delicious. We hope that you had a great weekend, Donna.
Everything looked great I've never had the babagunish probably spelled wrong looked amazing the sandwich looked great it's just nice to try different things every know and then love you guys have a great weekend ❤️❤😊
Brent, that Reuben looked so good! Really enjoyed your video. I love baklava! Loved the boys reviews as always! Everything looked good. Love y'all and God Bless;❤
Well, let's add a stop in Dearborn, MI to that Detroit visit itinerary. Dearborn is home to the largest Middle Eastern population outside of the Middle East. Therefore, the food is authentic and so delish, you may even change your mind on the Baba. 😂 Great vlog, fam. God bless y'all.
If we're able to make it to Detroit, we'll definitely have to check out some authentic Middle Eastern food in Dearborn - We bet it's amazing. We hope that y'all are having a great weekend and thanks for watching. God bless!
Thank you, Casey! It's definitely an acquired taste and was very hit or miss with some of the items, but we're glad that we tried it. We hope that you had an amazing weekend.
@@EveryDayIsSaturdayTV it definitely looked good but I don't know if I would try it. I don't even like Chinese food lol except for Orange Chicken. I had a good weekend except today was crazy with the weather. Tornado warnings but nothing happened
My husband and I saw this place on another utube channel. It looks amazing. Is there anything fun to do close by that has free parking? We are thinking about driving up from pigeon forge during our anniversary trip in February for lunch here and we are curious if there's anything else to do.
The food looks great. We love Gyros with lamb. I SK really enjoy a good Reuben sandwich. It looks like a place we would like to try. Thanks for a great video.
Thank you! They definitely have a wide variety of items to try out. If we return, we want to try more from their bakery, which we forgot to film before we left. They have a lot of great items to choose from on their menu. We hope that y'all have an amazing weekend and thanks for watching.
One thing I knew for certain was Jennifer was gonna get a Reuben 😋 Brent you disappointed me.....I was hoping for a closeup of that Dagwood~~~~~ 🙃 Foreign foods scare me, strange spices can have you spending lots of time reading the paper 😉
My friend Leanne sends me Jaffa cakes from the UK every Christmas.....pretty normal cookie for them but I associate them with Christmas because of the oranges in it.
Congratulations on being the first, @Dadof3579! We are having a great day, and we hope you are too! Thanks so much for watching, and we hope you have a great weekend!
Walter is from NY and the Reuben is a signature sandwich there. Holy Land is a blend of Middle Eastern dishes and Jewish comfort food.He makes his own corned beef from scratch. It is fantastic.
Some businesses in East TN are passing their vendor/credit card processing fees along to the customer if they use a credit card, while most companies just hide them into their inflated prices. It's interesting because most places in Nashville are now going cashless.

I am sending prayers for comfort as you go through this difficult time. Hugs, love and prayers. ❤
Prayers for your husband that God will remove the cancer from his body and give him strength, we ask this in Jesus name, Amen.🙏❤
Praying for him and you. My heart goes out to you both.

The food looks great. I am picky about my pickles, too.
Thank you, @mapleleaf902. We agree - not all pickles are created equally lol.
We hope that you're having a great weekend.

I like the shirt & the hat. I need to try that place. Might go with a deli sandwich
Luv a good Reubens 😂
This one was great. Have you ever tried the reuben from Tennessee Jeds?
And across the street is Asian Food Market

Baba ghanoush!
How about Henry & Gentry…. Are they fans of the ganoush?
They were not. Henry called it something different in the end of the video, but they both were not fans.
I appreciate you guys trying different foods. I'm just not a fan of "Middle Eastern" food.
The boys didn't enjoy the food as much either, but we're always willing to try something new. We hope that you had a nice weekend, Dottie.
I’ve been to dozens of Middle Eastern restaurants in my life and that is the first time that I ‘ve ever seen a Reuben sandwich on the menu… Odd.
bcz it is jewish/israeli food , it is not middle eastern , it is from eastern europe

Where's was one of the big stars of the show this review😢?
Med rare or rare
