I recently started eating at Jersey Mike's and the Italian is the first sub I tried and decided that it was my new favorite thing and now I have been introduced to a new way to enjoy it of course I'll have to put my own spin on it even though that's pretty close as is but I never knew there was an option to have it grilled..... That’s some serious skill. The only thing that was odd was the grilled onions over the cold lettuce. I would put them under the meat.

This is the way to do it..sans pickle/ onion/ bacon..( is it extra to have it grilled?)..it’s my go to..I’ve never asked
